GBOutrageous cabins terrible customer service! We have been staying with outrageous cabins for years but not anymore. We rented cabin this last weekend and noticed an old dried blood stain on our sheets. We called the office for a new set, 8hrs later still no clean sheets and had to call again. Talk to the manager today and she said she thought the stain was created by us. Why would I make this up? My husband and are full time professionals and have no motive to make this up. Just thought we deserved cleaning charge back since we had to sleep with stain the first night without knowing it was present. Working in healthcare I know the risk of blood borne pathogens. Worst customer service!! Follow up to your reply. I NEVER said the stain could have been mine and there was not blood stain tissues in our bathroom. Why would I make the phone call in the first place if I thought it was from us? What lies!! By the way we took all the trash out right before we left. If I was going to make up a story up like this I sure wouldn’t left evidence. Geez. This is so disheartening. We visit Pigeon forge multiple x per year and stayed in all the major cabin companies including yours often. You can look at our record and call the rest and see we’ve never had a compliant until now. This is not about a partial refund, trust me we don’t need one. It all about the lies you are accusing us of. I can’t believe this. Shame on you and your staff!! I’ll pray for you all!!

GBWe recently stayed at a cabin named … We recently stayed at a cabin named "Tennessee Treasure" with outrageous cabins. The cabin was beautiful and and the view was amazing. We have rented several cabins from outrageous cabins and have always been happy with their cabins and their service. However, we live in Michigan, and we had driven over 550 miles to get to this cabin, and I was so excited to get to relax in the hot tub. When we got there, the hot tub jets were broken and we could not get them to work. Outside of that disappointment everything else was awesome. Probably will stay with them again.

GBWe stayed in Tucked away July… We stayed in Tucked away July 15th-20th. This is the worst cabin I have stayed in to date. I researched the cabin, checked reviews, all were good- they must have not published the ones that weren't. I will admit it was a nice cabin but we found roaches, dead and alive. Ants on the counter tops in the kitchen. Dishwasher didn't work, tv upstairs had no satellite service, Lamp next to the bed didn't work. Some outside lights didn't work. Porch was filthy and couldn't be used, the cleaning crew could have swept the porch. We did sweep the inside and swept up the previous guest dirt that wasn't cleaned before our arrival. We had to go through all our belongings looking for ants and roaches and had to keep our clothes in the vehicles. We ended up finding a pet friendly hotel to move into .... reported all this to the staff and seemed unconcerned. Will not use Outrageous cabins again ...... very disappointed

GBWe loved staying at Smokey Mountain Dream! We loved staying at Smokey Mountain Dream. The cabin was as advertised, very nice, beautiful views as promised and all was very clean. Check in and check out was smooth, fast and simple, no issues. My only recommendation is new mattress and pillows - they weren't comfortable. BUT, all else was fantastic and we'll be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND OUTRAGEOUS CABIN RENTAL!!

GBEspecially For You We also stayed in Especially For You the week before the previous reviewer. We experienced all the same issues and even dropped off a letter at the Outrageous Cabin office the morning we checked out. We called 3 times about the Jacuzzi being stuck- it was on and running the entire last night of our stay with the button stuck. Nobody came that night and we were told it was fine if we had to check out with the Jacuzzi still on before maintenance came out. It was unsettling to leave a major appliance on in a cabin that was unoccupied. I also let them know about the porch light not working and the TV in the bedroom going on and off. Apparently our note did not alert anyone to take action. I am disappointed to see that renters a week after us experienced the same issues. I will say the check in process is very easy. The cabin was kept very clean and the area where the cabin is located made us feel safe because it is not secluded. The views are amazing.
