GBOutrageous cabins terrible customer service! We have been staying with outrageous cabins for years but not anymore. We rented cabin this last weekend and noticed an old dried blood stain on our sheets. We called the office for a new set, 8hrs later still no clean sheets and had to call again. Talk to the manager today and she said she thought the stain was created by us. Why would I make this up? My husband and are full time professionals and have no motive to make this up. Just thought we deserved cleaning charge back since we had to sleep with stain the first night without knowing it was present. Working in healthcare I know the risk of blood borne pathogens. Worst customer service!! Follow up to your reply. I NEVER said the stain could have been mine and there was not blood stain tissues in our bathroom. Why would I make the phone call in the first place if I thought it was from us? What lies!! By the way we took all the trash out right before we left. If I was going to make up a story up like this I sure wouldn’t left evidence. Geez. This is so disheartening. We visit Pigeon forge multiple x per year and stayed in all the major cabin companies including yours often. You can look at our record and call the rest and see we’ve never had a compliant until now. This is not about a partial refund, trust me we don’t need one. It all about the lies you are accusing us of. I can’t believe this. Shame on you and your staff!! I’ll pray for you all!!

GBWe have stayed with outrageous Cabins … We have stayed with outrageous Cabins for two years in a row. This year we had some experiences that were making us question whether we will stay again. The cabin we stayed in had issues. Not supplied well and the Sheets Did not stay on the bed. Upstairs and also downstairs. The cabin was not as clean as it could have been and the supplies for the kitchen was lacking. Door upstairs blew in water when it rained and soaked the floor upstairs. Needed new door. Just not satisfying for the price we paid.

GBMy boyfriend and I stayed a weekend in … My boyfriend and I stayed a weekend in the Misty Mornings Cabin in October 2016. The cabin was beautiful but the only problem the outdoor hot tub wasn't working properly and took the repair guy a few attempts to get it the water hot. The staff was pretty helpful and correcting the problem. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and was pleased with the service. Will be returning soon!

GBPeople were very helpful and jumped to … People were very helpful and jumped to get anything we may needed even extra towels we have been staying in your cabins since 2010 and always check outrageous cabins first to see if they are available.We believe we have gotten a discount for being a repeat quest also.

GBThe cabin was beautifully furnished and … The cabin was beautifully furnished and very clean. View was magnificent from the balconies! However, hot tub had some parts missing,(fortunately, it still worked.) Mini blinds in livingroom did not operate properly and 1/2of loveseat in livingroom did not recline. In addition, 1/2 of outlet in upstairs bathroom did not work.
