Outrageouscabins was very nice and … Outrageouscabins was very nice and polite upon checking in but we were disappointed in the cabin. The couch was missing a leg which caused it to sit uneven and be slopped. The couch was very narrow and not comfortable for sitting. The log walls had alot of dust hanging on them and with allergies it was not good. However the beds were very comfortable and we did get good sleep while were there.

We stayed in Tucked away July… We stayed in Tucked away July 15th-20th. This is the worst cabin I have stayed in to date. I researched the cabin, checked reviews, all were good- they must have not published the ones that weren't. I will admit it was a nice cabin but we found roaches, dead and alive. Ants on the counter tops in the kitchen. Dishwasher didn't work, tv upstairs had no satellite service, Lamp next to the bed didn't work. Some outside lights didn't work. Porch was filthy and couldn't be used, the cleaning crew could have swept the porch. We did sweep the inside and swept up the previous guest dirt that wasn't cleaned before our arrival. We had to go through all our belongings looking for ants and roaches and had to keep our clothes in the vehicles. We ended up finding a pet friendly hotel to move into .... reported all this to the staff and seemed unconcerned. Will not use Outrageous cabins again ...... very disappointed

Not the most friendly people I've ever Not the most friendly people I've ever met, seems to be anointed when you ask questions. When you call they are very short with there answers. Not the Southern Hospitality I was told it would be. Next vacation I'm shopping for another cabin rental. As for the cleanliness of the cabin, it could have been better, You could see it was just a turnkey operation.

People were very helpful and jumped to … People were very helpful and jumped to get anything we may needed even extra towels we have been staying in your cabins since 2010 and always check outrageous cabins first to see if they are available.We believe we have gotten a discount for being a repeat quest also.

What an amazing experience we had for … What an amazing experience we had for our 45th anniversary! My daughter & husband had stayed at Outrageous Cabins for about 5 years & recommended we book one of their cabins. We chose Live With Passion and it was awesome: very clean, great views, check in and out went smoothly and easy and close access to Pigeon Forge activities! Good response to a complaint about our living room TV not working; it was fixed upon our arrival back to our cabin that same afternoon. Our only suggestions: change the mattress in the loft, clean the windows, gremove the cobwebs outside and top about 20 feet off the tree to the left in the back so the sunset and mountains can be viewed better. WE WILL BE BACK AND STAY AT THE SAME CABIN, maybe at a different time at a little cheaper rate.
