Small, quiet caravan park Lovely clean caravans, right next to the beach, staff are really friendly, Dan made our holiday great, Madi the singer sounds amazing, Bingo at 10pm (late but ok for us adults)

No compassion no empathy No compassion no empathy. Zero customer service . These guys are pathetic . Their email lands on spam folder. I inquired them regarding what devices I will be getting with my accommodation only to know my holiday is already expired . Lol what a joke . I had booked a car rental for same date . Joke of a company . Looting people. They never accept their mistakes. I had planned everything about this holiday but they have ruined everything .

After Service Non Existent....what a shame We had a lovely 4 nights stay at Cayton Bay and could not fault the staff on sight at all. On the journey home I realised I had left my waterproof coat and my two twins waterproof coats also. The weather has been so bad during our time there they had never left the caravan. I have called the reception three times now and am really disappointed with their response. I full accept it was my fault for leaving them but they simply weren’t bothered about helping me. I advised where they were left and the caravan we were staying and the the woman I spoke to didn’t even take my name and number and said she would call back. When I asked if she needed my details it seemed to come as a surprise. No call back and when I called again was told that they didn’t see the lost property and that was the cleaning team and they didn’t always know. On my final call I was just told the caravan had been cleaned and nothing handed in. This left a really disappointing feeling at the end of what was a lovely holiday.

Extremely disappointing After booking made to an accomodation that stated dog friendly, learned it's not actually dog friendly, so need to cancel now. VERY frustrating and not sure how they won't make it clear during booking

Parkdean Skegness is beyond grim Just left Parkdean site at Skegness early. We were staying on a touring pitch, which flooded as the hard standing wasn’t laid very well. BUT the toilet block was so dirty it made us feel sick to go in there. Other campsites clean their facilities daily. I don’t think these had been cleaned in weeks! The lids were missing from the sanitary bins, the wast bins were full, the shower trays were full of hair, dirt, litter and grime. The men’s shower valves were hanging off the walls. Then the drinking water area was covered in slime and mould and the chemical toilet disposal had no surround to stop splashing. All the facilities smelled bad. Our neighbours also said they would never go to a Parkdene site again.
