I inquired them regarding what devices I will be getting with my accommodation only to know my holiday is already expired . Lol what a joke . I had booked a car rental for same date . Joke of a company . Looting people. They never accept their mistakes. I had planned everything about this holiday but they have ruined everything .

Parkdean Holidays Booking process is good with plenty of options. Having stayed at Parkdean Resorts a few times I always find the experience very good, great value for money and an all round enjoyable family holiday. Only thing I would like to see is the option to create an account with Parkdean to build points and acquire future benefits/savings

I tried to call Parkdean to make my… I tried to call Parkdean to make my booking but after being on the photo for quite some time I was cut off, then when I called back the phone lines were shut, so I guess the advisor just wanted to go home. I also tried a web chat but the answer were very vague and I'm still none the wiser.

The price is good for the facilities. The price is good for the facilities. The indoor pool is large and warm, the inflatables were fun for our 10yr old. But they need to make it clear that this is 2 parks separated with a 10 minute walk between them. It’s unclear when booking which site you have booked, either Yare or Bure. We arrived at 1am and there is nowhere that has the information needed to access your caravan.After driving around the site for 15 mins , I spotted a van that said security , I ended knocking on a door and luckily it was the right place, but nowhere did it have this written. . He gave directions and keys to the caravan, it would have been easier for him to personally show us where the caravan was.
