I inquired them regarding what devices I will be getting with my accommodation only to know my holiday is already expired . Lol what a joke . I had booked a car rental for same date . Tried to cancel a couples holiday, due to going through a horrible breakup of 9 years, effecting my mental health and now I find I can't get all of my money back. The Ts&Cs are a load of rubbish. You pay cancellation fee to get a FULL refund! Will not be using this money robbing company again.
