I inquired them regarding what devices I will be getting with my accommodation only to know my holiday is already expired . Lol what a joke . I had booked a car rental for same date . Joke of a company . Looting people. They never accept their mistakes. I had planned everything about this holiday but they have ruined everything .

Worst holiday I have ever experienced Worst holiday I have ever experienced. Unbelievably unorganised and the staff were incredibly rude. We booked for three nights and stayed for one. I think that pretty much says it all. My family were super disappointed as it wasn’t the holiday we were promised and had been looking forward to.

Parkdean Ruda, north Devon We’ve used Parkdean a few times now. Ruda, although a long journey, is a lovely park. Plenty for the kids to see and do and right on the beach. We rang to book 3 caravans and paid for a secured lot. Caravans were clean and ready upon our arrival. The only disappointment is that the water slide wasn’t available for 2024, we weren’t informed of this when booking, but rather found out via email closer to our arrival and then it was right down the bottom of the email, this also wasn’t mentioned when we booked in, however the kids enjoyed the pool regardless. All in all a really good experience with some cracking sunsets.

After Service Non Existent....what a shame We had a lovely 4 nights stay at Cayton Bay and could not fault the staff on sight at all. On the journey home I realised I had left my waterproof coat and my two twins waterproof coats also. The weather has been so bad during our time there they had never left the caravan. I have called the reception three times now and am really disappointed with their response. I full accept it was my fault for leaving them but they simply weren’t bothered about helping me. I advised where they were left and the caravan we were staying and the the woman I spoke to didn’t even take my name and number and said she would call back. When I asked if she needed my details it seemed to come as a surprise. No call back and when I called again was told that they didn’t see the lost property and that was the cleaning team and they didn’t always know. On my final call I was just told the caravan had been cleaned and nothing handed in. This left a really disappointing feeling at the end of what was a lovely holiday.
