Extremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. No compassion. Paid the £19 cancellation fee to find out I'm STILL not entitled to a full refund. Tried to cancel a couples holiday, due to going through a horrible breakup of 9 years, effecting my mental health and now I find I can't get all of my money back. The Ts&Cs are a load of rubbish. You pay cancellation fee to get a FULL refund! Will not be using this money robbing company again.

Parkdean Skegness is beyond grim Just left Parkdean site at Skegness early. We were staying on a touring pitch, which flooded as the hard standing wasn’t laid very well. BUT the toilet block was so dirty it made us feel sick to go in there. Other campsites clean their facilities daily. I don’t think these had been cleaned in weeks! The lids were missing from the sanitary bins, the wast bins were full, the shower trays were full of hair, dirt, litter and grime. The men’s shower valves were hanging off the walls. Then the drinking water area was covered in slime and mould and the chemical toilet disposal had no surround to stop splashing. All the facilities smelled bad. Our neighbours also said they would never go to a Parkdene site again.

Don't book with parkdeane First of all impossible to contact them no phone number, and everytime you speak there's a £40 fee, be aware these are just an anti social money making machine .

Visited Skegness Parkdean in March and… Visited Skegness Parkdean in March and my daughter and her friend were booked on to do the bungee trampoline (23/03/24 at 15.00). This was cancelled due to the wind, I asked about a refund and was told I needed to speak to reception as I booked online and they would sort this out, so I went to reception and got told I needed to go online and I would be able to request it that way. There was nothing on there to get a refund, I return to the reception the following day and got told it would be automatically refunded as it never went ahead, I asked why this was the third time I had spoken to someone and all three times I was told differently, the lady apologised. No refund came, so I contacted my bank and parkdean are saying it went ahead. It might only be £10, but I’ve had nothing for it, so it should be refunded. Would not recommend and you need to train your staff to stop this happening again. Thank you, I will update accordingly.

Small, quiet caravan park Lovely clean caravans, right next to the beach, staff are really friendly, Dan made our holiday great, Madi the singer sounds amazing, Bingo at 10pm (late but ok for us adults)
