Really saved the day! We were having a nightmare of a day when our apartment got cancelled last minute. A friend recommended SACO and we managed to get a booking at the Holborn branch. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Nathan, Andreea, Kamila and Theron really made sure everything was perfect with our stay. The apartment was beautiful. The price very affordable and the service was excellent. Nathan even kindly upgraded us for free which just topped off our day. Will definitely be staying again. 10/10

I have been staying with SACO … I have been staying with SACO Nottingham from past four months (March2017) and shall be continuing for more couple of months with my Family.. Its close to City Center and has nice view. Robin Hood castle is also on walking distance just 8 min. The apartment is big and lavish appointed with oven, four ring hob, microwave, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and plenty of crockery etc. Lots of towels also, and nice crisp bed linen. Shower is good and hot. SACO Staff is extremely friendly and they are very helpful all the time. It really is a great location and there are lots of excellent restaurants as well as Pubs nearby. I can highly recommend this apartment.

SACO Apartments Farnborough (Victoria Road) Friendly, welcoming staff who are always happy to help and it's reception is staffed 24/7. The rooms are fantastic, I've stayed in the studio apartments and the 1 bedroom apartments and both were spacious, with a contemporary design and very clean. The apartments have big comfortable beds, large LCD TV, lovely bathroom and (most importantly, for me at least) a full kitchen with fitted fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Much better rooms than any of the standard hotel chains and for the same money. I would highly recommend staying here. Btw...I also saw air conditioning being installed, starting with the 3rd and 4th floor and working it's way down I believe.

With the ongoing coronavirus epidemic I… With the ongoing coronavirus epidemic I tried to cancel my booking with Saco Aparthotel Farnborough even though I was aware that had a non-refundable stay booked. Thinking they would be sympathetic about my situation, 12 week isolation, no job, no money coming in, all that I received was a curt message from an online advisor saying they had to stick to the no refund policy. Disgusting when I have seen small hotels waiving the no refund policy and giving full refund. Not good enough from a 'supposedly' award winning business. Shame on you.
