This Orlando condo was incredibly run down, with a thermostat that only went down to 72 and no fans (which meant that even in March, the place felt stuffy and oppressive), stained carpets, ripped screens, and spring mattresses that were all terribly uncomfortable. Just based on the unit alone, I would give them no more than one star. During the second day, a stranger typed the code into the door and walked in, saying he was a realtor and that the owner gave him permission to come in and take pictures. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. And then came the bill. Sorta. To get an itemized receipt, I had to send a half dozen emails, and what I received back was typed into an email, not an actual receipt. And the itemization came out to over $300 less than what I was actually charged. Unclear if I will get my money back, but hoping you all can avoid the same mistake.

GBLet's do it again! The house was as described. Spacious and clean. Perfect for my group. Beds were comfy. Price was reasonable. Reservations could have been a little easier. Other than some minor maintenance concerns, no issues. We loved the house, location, and accommodations. Would rent again. Thank you.

GBRefund Have been renting there home over the past 5years. Due to the covid-19 this year had to cancel, an they are give me a run around about my refund. They never answer there phone and when you Email them it take days for them to email you back. After this experience I will never book with them again or recommend them.

CAOver priced for a run down house Over priced for a run down house. we spent everyday on our vacation dealing with coming that was not working properly. Steven was not helpful most times and I’m sure that I was actually talking to several different people even though it said I was only speaking with “Steven” through the Airbnb platform. Beds were broken, dressers drawers falling out, dressers were stuffed in closets, pool cues had no ends on them, didn’t have a bbq when we showed up ( paid extra ), tv remotes had dead batteries, air conditioning didn’t work properly, garbage all over the place at the front door that they never came and cleaned up, coffee maker didn’t work.. that’s all just off the top of my head. He addressed each issues with “ so sorry, we will be sure to fix that for the next guests”. Wouldn’t recommend staying in a place under this company’s management

CAWasn't worth it. The individual representative from sweet homes who helped us arrange our stay in Florida was GREAT to deal with. She was very nice on the phone and would respond to emails right away. However, the house we stayed in was much to be desired. From poor to no lighting, a pool that we couldn't swim in until our last day because there was no hydro to it (and payed extra for), batteries missing from remotes to cheap fixtures(bathroom vanity)/furniture that were falling apart. Really have no desire to book with sweet homes after this experience.
