GBVilla was clean Villa was clean. Kitchen wasn't very well equipped we had to buy a few things ourselves. Pool heating only worked properly for 1 day out of our 2 week stay. I'm still waiting for my deposit 3 weeks after returning. I have sent numerous emails and got 1 reply saying it would be sorted but that was over 2 weeks ago, since then my emails have gone unanswered. After the reply below saying my refund was done, it still hasn't been done! Avoid this company. UPDATE: I do now have my refund, which they accidentally sent through twice. After sweet home vacation saw my review they also tried to get me some money back for the pool heating cost, unfortunately the company lied and said we never even reported that the heating wasn't working, despite them sending an engineer out to look at it. Due to this Casey told us to keep the extra money that had been sent in error. If it wasn't for them accidentally sending the deposit back twice, I doubt we would've got anything back due to the companies lies about our heating report. Still wouldn't recommend.

CADo not stay at any of the Crystal Cove… Do not stay at any of the Crystal Cove properties. We stayed at two next door to each other Day we arrived both garbages were over flowing worth garbage everywhere. Called to get cleaned up and took a week The floors in both homes were so dirty they turned our feet black for the first few days, we had to clean everything ourselves The pool heat didn't work in one of the homes, we asked for someone to come check it out and they said everything was running fine. Second last day pool guy comes as says water level is too low for the heat sensor to read it One house had a home in its wall, and a broken couch. Pool sticks for pool table are not in working use Company will do everything they can to not take responsibility for anything and try not to come and help when called Do not stay here We have reached out to sweet homes by e-mail to resolve this multiple times, and they just ignore our e-mails now and we get no response. Not a company to rent with, bad customer service

GBLet's do it again! The house was as described. Spacious and clean. Perfect for my group. Beds were comfy. Price was reasonable. Reservations could have been a little easier. Other than some minor maintenance concerns, no issues. We loved the house, location, and accommodations. Would rent again. Thank you.
