GBProperty amenities misrepresented Property amenities misrepresented. Ice maker and dryer broken. When reported they never bothered to fix it and we were there for a week. Ask to speak with management and wrote a letter after leaving. Still waiting on any kind of correspondence from them. Shuttle service was not helpful at all. Ended up having to use Uber and then couldn’t get in the gate so had to walk with small child and baby a few blocks to get home.

GBVILLA OK....BUT FOR:: Inside of villa was great and very comfortable. Pool was adequate and clean with loungers and comfortable outside table and chairs. Fins restaurant very good AGAINST: Broken and dangerous garden furniture left in garden. Children’s play area overgrown. Phone not working. Entry code for villa given was incorrect and we only got in by accident!! Games room a joke. Overloaded with items making it practically unusable.. The resort “concierge” needs to be looked at as the people manning it are not very helpful and treat you as a nuisance !!

GBScary but Great I love my experience but I found bed bugs. They handled it quickly. They gave me a nights refund but I think they should have added something else to this for pain and suffering.
