USProperty amenities misrepresented Property amenities misrepresented. Ice maker and dryer broken. When reported they never bothered to fix it and we were there for a week. Ask to speak with management and wrote a letter after leaving. Still waiting on any kind of correspondence from them. Shuttle service was not helpful at all. Ended up having to use Uber and then couldn’t get in the gate so had to walk with small child and baby a few blocks to get home.

USThe home was beautiful The home was beautiful, the catered dinner we had delivered was excellent, the pool park was perfect and the meal at the resort was wonderful as well. Our only hesitation was the transportation to the parks. The limited time frames for return trips made our time more stressful. We certainly hope to return for another stay.

USWe stayed in July 2018-Lasso Dr We stayed in July 2018. Great place to stay & love the atmosphere & water park onsite. We did have an issue with the house we were in & had to be moved to another one because of a toilet overflowing. The 2nd home didn't have the hot tub or some other features that we had in the 1st house. We also wanted some type of compensation for the inconvenience or reduction of our invoice & didn't get anything. I'm hoping the sales person that worked with me will eventually provide a lower rate when we may book again.

USThis was our repeat stay This was our repeat stay. While first year was awesome, the property and service wasn't same this time around. The house looked like any other property in the area, run down, cheap furniture etc. We had asked for Pool and Grill at the time of booking. The pool never came on and grill had no propane tank, no utensils. Most likely will not go there again.
