PANOT AN ENJOYABLE STAY I wanted to let you know that when we arrived last night we did find the house in better condition related with cleaning issues. But the problem with the cable company was not fixed at all. It’s impossible to seat down and watch tv. I sent an attachment with 3 photos of the problem with the time when where taken to show yoy that the problem was never fixed. we spent 1 night with terrible sheets in Two of the rooms and they came to change the bed sheets at 9:30 pm the next night. We found Kids toys in three of the rooms and 2 dirty towels. ( this was never cleaned by you) i told them about the cable issues not being able to watch tv and it was never fixed. If you would had told me from the beginning that I Was not going to be able to watch TV In any room of the house i would have stayed somewhere else. we really had a terrible experience. i had stayed with you 3 times before this one and i never had this kind of probblems before. i spent 2 days on the phone tryng to make everythig better.they came to see the house and they apologized but they fixed one thing but not the other 3. the pool was dirty, the second day i told them and was never cleaned. Thanks for the refund of $177.08 but absolutely doesn’t justify what we went through. It is with Absurd to think that amount it’s going to make our stay better. i definitly wont be stayng at encore resort again.

USGreat location Great location, nice accommodations. We have rented at Encore 5 times. One issue that causes us anxiety every time is pool heat. We are happy to pay for pool heat. But, as we have zero access to the temperature settings, the pool is often too cold to swim in.

USThe 4 pm check in time was not family friendly. Lack of communication between resort and property management. The 4 pm check in time was not family friendly. I was given the run Around by many people on the phone regarding checking in and I ended up having to drive around for 3 hours with two miserable children in the car until check in time. What a waste of a day of vacation!

USTerrible, avoid at all costs!!! I stayed here last year so hopefully things have gotten better. However, almost anything that could go wrong did: -the pool and hot tub were not heated upon arrival (as requested and paid for) and it took 12 hours to heat up. They turned it off two days later even though we were there another two days and we had to wait another 12 hours. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you come back from the parks to relax in the afternoon and the pool and hot tub are freezing and your kids are super upset, it becomes a big deal. Especially when it happens twice in five days. -the free transportation didn’t really exist (it was always “full”) and so we booked transportation through Encore. There was confusion, a manager yelling at a driver. Multiple calls not knowing when to pick us up, etc. even though it had all been pre-planned. I probably had to make 20+ calls to the company regarding issues with the transportation. It’s not really how I wanted to spend my time which is why I booked, and confirmed everything in advance. -the door entry code was changed the day before we left and it took over an hour to get it fixed resulting in the two very tired grandmas (who came back early to rest) being stuck outside in the rain for the entire time. -there was no hot water in two of the bathrooms. -my husband walked to the “market” one days only to come back with rotten apples and stale muffins. - the kitchen was poorly stocked. -I called and complained multiple times and wrote an email after the experience with no response whatsoever. It was TERRIBLE.
