GBThe 4 pm check in time was not family friendly. Lack of communication between resort and property management. The 4 pm check in time was not family friendly. I was given the run Around by many people on the phone regarding checking in and I ended up having to drive around for 3 hours with two miserable children in the car until check in time. What a waste of a day of vacation!

GBSecurity needs to seem more interested… Security needs to seem more interested when a call is made with a problem. This pertains to night shift. Would also appreciate railing into private pools for those Of us that need assistance and stability - no matter age of person. What to people do that have mobile disabilities .?

GBScary but Great I love my experience but I found bed bugs. They handled it quickly. They gave me a nights refund but I think they should have added something else to this for pain and suffering.
