It's a scam & they were rude I wouldn't even give one star but I have to select something. First off, there's no real savings or "deals". I bought the Bali vacation thinking I'd be saving money as they advertise, when in fact I spent much more by using them. I found way better accommodations for cheaper prices on my own by doing a little research. When I confronted them about it they simply lied. I asked for a refund because they did not provide the services that they charged me for and they were rude about the whole situation & would only offer me a partial refund. It became a whole mess & I ended up never using my trip nor did I ever recieve a refund. They basically took $300 from me. Never trust what seems too good to be true! The hotel options they gave me were terrible, so booked all my own nice & beautiful accommodations in Bali for 3/4 of the price they charged me. It was such a scam and a headache. Awful customer service.

Total Bait and Switch Total bait and switch. They advertise a "deal" for one price and then when they "hustle" it, it's 3-4 times the price. And forget about a refund on your deposit. After the Unsold disaster, do not trust Room Hustlers either. Update: At first I was told there are no refunds and I should have "read the documents." Then I posted this review, and TA-DAH, a refund. And, of course, RoomHUSTLERS is trying to get this review removed.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I bought a hotel voucher and I still have not been able to use it. I’ve been reaching out to their customer service team and no one has not emailed me back and it’s been almost a year. I’ve been sending emails back-and-forth at this point I am going sue them for false advertisement and the stress they put me through do not buy a voucher it a scam

I booked a special 2 night deal for Las… I booked a special 2 night deal for Las Vegas, the dates I was looking for was in early January. All of the hotels they offered cost an additional $80-$120 a night. This is extremely misleading. Hotel Tonight and Expedia both had cheaper rooms. Why would anyone use this service? Seems to me just to have a complicated middle man situation because they really are not offering any deals you cant find elsewhere. Do not use its a scam!!! --- In regards to room hustlers response, they in fact did not check HotelTonight WHICH IS STILL CHEAPER. Regardless of what you say is a "misunderstanding" you as a company advertised one thing and offered another. You are misleading customers into thinking they are getting a good deal when really you tack on more money in the end.

So far it looks like a scam who stole… So far it looks like a scam who stole my deposit. Haven’t heard anything back for over a week now. We will see, if it’s real I’ll update my review accordingly. I guess too good to be true is true. Which is so sad. The first weird thing is that they don’t actually have the trust pilot api installed on their website, it’s not a live representation of their current stars, but a photo showing things are better than reality. In my marketing experience, any company that has nothing to hide tags it to their website footer with a link to these reviews.
