GBI had a great experience I was definitely skeptical of this website but I have used it twice now and had no issues. The customer service has been exceptional. I had the opportunity to work with Emma and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was patient, answered all of my questions, and went out of her way to make sure she was getting me the best deal. Service like that makes me so comfortable to use a 3rd party platform and I would definitely recommend it.

GBDO NOT TRUST DO NOT TRUST! They market Vegas for $200 for 3 nights and say in hotels like Cesar Palace, Bellagio and Mandalay then 36hrs after you pay they send you 6 options that are NOWEHERE comparable to the hotels they mention. They send you the worse hotels in Vegas, not even on the strip and on top of that you have to pay extra! It says, you paid $200, to get this hotel pay an extra $290.... False advertisement in every way you look at it. Do not waste your money and time and use other OTAs that give you LIVE prices.

CROur room was canceled without us being… Our room was canceled without us being notified - the hotel told us at arrival - and we had to pay almost $900 upon checkout. The hotel said this was not the first time this has happened. Customer service is nonexistent - room hustlers has not responded to any of my messages. 0/10. Do NOT recommend. Will never use again.

COMost importantly not a scam Most importantly not a scam. With that being said the options received were just barely a deal. It did take the anxiety of having to choose from 200 options when searching yourself and that’s a plus. If I had to guess during peak season if you booked one of the most premium hotels in your location it would cost the value stated on the deal. However the reality of getting one of those locations during peak times is obviously low so instead you get those high value properties if you travel mid week during low season when the property isn’t as much as the stated value anyway so when you compared what you pay to what it’s listed for it’s pretty close to the same. Again not a scam. I’d told the dice again and see what the outcome was.

GBI booked a special 2 night deal for Las… I booked a special 2 night deal for Las Vegas, the dates I was looking for was in early January. All of the hotels they offered cost an additional $80-$120 a night. This is extremely misleading. Hotel Tonight and Expedia both had cheaper rooms. Why would anyone use this service? Seems to me just to have a complicated middle man situation because they really are not offering any deals you cant find elsewhere. Do not use its a scam!!! --- In regards to room hustlers response, they in fact did not check HotelTonight WHICH IS STILL CHEAPER. Regardless of what you say is a "misunderstanding" you as a company advertised one thing and offered another. You are misleading customers into thinking they are getting a good deal when really you tack on more money in the end.
