GBSo far it looks like a scam who stole… So far it looks like a scam who stole my deposit. Haven’t heard anything back for over a week now. We will see, if it’s real I’ll update my review accordingly. I guess too good to be true is true. Which is so sad. The first weird thing is that they don’t actually have the trust pilot api installed on their website, it’s not a live representation of their current stars, but a photo showing things are better than reality. In my marketing experience, any company that has nothing to hide tags it to their website footer with a link to these reviews.

GBIts just a scam Its just a scam, they dont assign you a room right away and ask u to wait 72 hours. I waited for 72 hours and I got an email saying , your hotel choices are ready and choose one. When I login there were no hotels at all. It asked me for dates again and asked me to wait another 72 hours. TOTAL SPAM. Reached customer care and Christi took the issue. She directly closed my issue saying technical issue and when I insisted for help to assign hotel or issue refund in between conversation, she sent a automated reply saying we recheck your request. I asked her if they are issuing my refund, so that I can book from somewhere else and then she disappeared. Very stressfull process and its a TOTAL SCAM with no customer care. Dont fall prey for these people.

GBPossibly a scam? No refund No trip This has been a nightmare. I’ve been going back-and-forth with this company Roomhuslters for about two years about my refund and trying to book a room without it being canceled. I recently booked a room back in January 27, 2023 and it was canceled a week before my trip. I have been emailing Amy, Emma and the customer service nonstop to find out about my reservations. I haven’t heard anything back in a timely manner. I paid in full a year ago now. They haven’t yet refunded my money or have I been able to go on the trip? This is a very much inconvenient and I’m starting to think this is a scam? Can’t get in contact with a real person. I need a resolution.

GBdishonest business When I bought this package was advertised that I would get 3 days of stay in one of the premium hotels such as Ceaser palace, once I tried to use the coupon because of the date I choose I had to pay extra but once I checked the deals they were offering me and compared it to Kayak.com the price I was offered was $150-$200 higher than other website and with the $200 bucks that I paid in advance the deal would turn out to be about the same price I could've booked it through other websites. stay away from this websit they don't belive in doing honest business.

GBI had a great experience I was definitely skeptical of this website but I have used it twice now and had no issues. The customer service has been exceptional. I had the opportunity to work with Emma and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was patient, answered all of my questions, and went out of her way to make sure she was getting me the best deal. Service like that makes me so comfortable to use a 3rd party platform and I would definitely recommend it.
