Rocky start, but happy ending After some initial issues (i was being charged $180 extra to book my hotel) and miscommunications (hotel policy regarding age of children and extra fees) with my reservation, the Roomhustler team was able to clarify my confusion and rebooked my 4-star room without any added fees. A big thanks to Maria and her team for their quick work. I hope there are no issues when I check in in September! Fingers crossed.

I guess too good to be true is true. Which is so sad. The first weird thing is that they don’t actually have the trust pilot api installed on their website, it’s not a live representation of their current stars, but a photo showing things are better than reality. In my marketing experience, any company that has nothing to hide tags it to their website footer with a link to these reviews.

I’ve been reaching out to their customer service team and no one has not emailed me back and it’s been almost a year. I’ve been sending emails back-and-forth at this point I am going sue them for false advertisement and the stress they put me through do not buy a voucher it a scam

BEWARE… BEWARE…. YOU DONT HAVE 24 months to travel!!!!!!! I booked a trip to Paris for my parents for Christmas 2021. When booking I was told you have 24 months to travel. Once I booked I received a confirmation number but NEVER received email confirmation. When trying to look up my reservation I found nothing. Then fast forward to Feb 2023, 14 months later as my parents are trying to book their trip, Seeing as we couldn’t book a vacation more than a year out due to COVID, the reservation was now there but said it expired after 12 months. I reached out and was basically told sorry it’s expired but you can rebuy!!

DO NOT TRUST DO NOT TRUST! They market Vegas for $200 for 3 nights and say in hotels like Cesar Palace, Bellagio and Mandalay then 36hrs after you pay they send you 6 options that are NOWEHERE comparable to the hotels they mention. They send you the worse hotels in Vegas, not even on the strip and on top of that you have to pay extra! It says, you paid $200, to get this hotel pay an extra $290.... False advertisement in every way you look at it. Do not waste your money and time and use other OTAs that give you LIVE prices.
