Possibly a scam? No refund No trip This has been a nightmare. I’ve been going back-and-forth with this company Roomhuslters for about two years about my refund and trying to book a room without it being canceled. I recently booked a room back in January 27, 2023 and it was canceled a week before my trip. I have been emailing Amy, Emma and the customer service nonstop to find out about my reservations. I haven’t heard anything back in a timely manner. I paid in full a year ago now. They haven’t yet refunded my money or have I been able to go on the trip? This is a very much inconvenient and I’m starting to think this is a scam? Can’t get in contact with a real person. I need a resolution.

This company is a scam This company is a scam. I bought a hotel voucher and I still have not been able to use it. I’ve been reaching out to their customer service team and no one has not emailed me back and it’s been almost a year. I’ve been sending emails back-and-forth at this point I am going sue them for false advertisement and the stress they put me through do not buy a voucher it a scam

Total Bait and Switch Total bait and switch. They advertise a "deal" for one price and then when they "hustle" it, it's 3-4 times the price. And forget about a refund on your deposit. After the Unsold disaster, do not trust Room Hustlers either. Update: At first I was told there are no refunds and I should have "read the documents." Then I posted this review, and TA-DAH, a refund. And, of course, RoomHUSTLERS is trying to get this review removed.

dishonest business When I bought this package was advertised that I would get 3 days of stay in one of the premium hotels such as Ceaser palace, once I tried to use the coupon because of the date I choose I had to pay extra but once I checked the deals they were offering me and compared it to Kayak.com the price I was offered was $150-$200 higher than other website and with the $200 bucks that I paid in advance the deal would turn out to be about the same price I could've booked it through other websites. stay away from this websit they don't belive in doing honest business.

Scam Scam! I should've gone here (to trust pilot) before booking. I booked my room for my honeymoon months ago just to find out they canceled the reservation. Would not recommend booking with them.
