Total Bait and Switch Total bait and switch. They advertise a "deal" for one price and then when they "hustle" it, it's 3-4 times the price. And forget about a refund on your deposit. After the Unsold disaster, do not trust Room Hustlers either. Update: At first I was told there are no refunds and I should have "read the documents." Then I posted this review, and TA-DAH, a refund. And, of course, RoomHUSTLERS is trying to get this review removed.

Most importantly not a scam Most importantly not a scam. With that being said the options received were just barely a deal. It did take the anxiety of having to choose from 200 options when searching yourself and that’s a plus. If I had to guess during peak season if you booked one of the most premium hotels in your location it would cost the value stated on the deal. However the reality of getting one of those locations during peak times is obviously low so instead you get those high value properties if you travel mid week during low season when the property isn’t as much as the stated value anyway so when you compared what you pay to what it’s listed for it’s pretty close to the same. Again not a scam. I’d told the dice again and see what the outcome was.

BEWARE… BEWARE…. YOU DONT HAVE 24 months to travel!!!!!!! I booked a trip to Paris for my parents for Christmas 2021. When booking I was told you have 24 months to travel. Once I booked I received a confirmation number but NEVER received email confirmation. When trying to look up my reservation I found nothing. Then fast forward to Feb 2023, 14 months later as my parents are trying to book their trip, Seeing as we couldn’t book a vacation more than a year out due to COVID, the reservation was now there but said it expired after 12 months. I reached out and was basically told sorry it’s expired but you can rebuy!!

It's a scam & they were rude I wouldn't even give one star but I have to select something. First off, there's no real savings or "deals". I bought the Bali vacation thinking I'd be saving money as they advertise, when in fact I spent much more by using them. I found way better accommodations for cheaper prices on my own by doing a little research. When I confronted them about it they simply lied. I asked for a refund because they did not provide the services that they charged me for and they were rude about the whole situation & would only offer me a partial refund. It became a whole mess & I ended up never using my trip nor did I ever recieve a refund. They basically took $300 from me. Never trust what seems too good to be true! The hotel options they gave me were terrible, so booked all my own nice & beautiful accommodations in Bali for 3/4 of the price they charged me. It was such a scam and a headache. Awful customer service.

NO RESPOND Easy to book, but they scheduled it for 2023, it was supposed to be 2024. Got that fixed, however when trying to contact to get new reservations set for the correct date, the hotel in MALDIVES says they have no reservations. I have been sending email after email with NO response. I don't want to book my flight just yet in the event its canceled . THEY WILL NOT REPOND.
