GBOur shared ambition is simple SCREW YOU! Our shared ambition is simple: deliver better traveler experiences across the entire traveler journey and maintain trust in the Vrbo marketplace. To meet travelers’ expectations and help you deliver more value, we are modifying how we manage partner-initiated cancellations. Starting May 23, 2024, every avoidable cancellation will incur a 7-day temporary listing level suspension in addition to the cancellation fee. Temporary suspension will begin 10 days after the cancellation occurs if it is not waived by Vrbo. We know some cancellations are unavoidable. As a reminder, please submit a waiver request so you aren’t penalized for things out of your control, like when a pipe bursts, the power goes out, or someone can’t agree to your house rules. For more information about the waiver process, click here. Thank you for limiting your cancellations and taking care of travelers. EXPEDIA IS A PREDATORY COMPANY RUN BY GREEDY FOOLS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT TYOU OR ME OR ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES.

TRWe had a terrible experience trying to… We had a terrible experience trying to receive our full refund for a reservation that we had to cancel due to the host deciding to stay at the property that weekend. Been a month now and we still have not received the Vrbo fee refund while the vacasa refund has already arrived 10 days ago. Worst vacation experience ever. Situation still not solved

CAABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My partner and I booked a property for a couple of nights in Greece but after not hearing from the host we grew concerned. We used VRBO chat as a way to try and secure the reservation but the rep told us they would give us the hosts number to call. We told him that we dont ant to pay long distance fees and would like VRBO to contact a member of their website. The rep in the chat said we had to call VRBO customer support to issue a phone call. I told the rep again that I didnt want to pay long distance fees to call a rep to which the rep provided me with a phone number that he claimed wouldnt have long distance fees. TURNS OUR THERE WERE FEES! I have now been in a battle with VRBO over the past month trying to get some sort of compensation but I have gotten nowhere. They have FULLY ADMITTED TO THEIR MISTAKE and told me THEY ARE SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE AND THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I told them this wasnt acceptable to which they said they will have supervisors look into it. But the longer this drags on the more I am convinced they are just going to drag this on in hopes I stop contacting them. DO NOT USE VRBO, THEY RUN A TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

PTVRBO ruined our vacation VRBO ruined our vacation! They are part of the same company we refuse to ever work with again which is Expedia. They will not advocate for your experience as a customer. Their business model is not to give a refund no matter what. Even when the host of the VRBO had a mattress that was made of coils and rocks. I recommend that you work with airbnb instead of VRBO.

GBHorrible company They charge me a fee for canceling a reservation that I didn’t even approve. This is one of the worst companies I think I have ever worked with. Do not recommend using them at all.
