Exceptional stay Fantastic old home but interior redone really well. quite enjoyable especially new hot tub. great location in twenty nine palms. very close to north entrance to Joshua tree national park.

Horrible company They charge me a fee for canceling a reservation that I didn’t even approve. This is one of the worst companies I think I have ever worked with. Do not recommend using them at all.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My partner and I booked a property for a couple of nights in Greece but after not hearing from the host we grew concerned. We used VRBO chat as a way to try and secure the reservation but the rep told us they would give us the hosts number to call. We told him that we dont ant to pay long distance fees and would like VRBO to contact a member of their website. The rep in the chat said we had to call VRBO customer support to issue a phone call. I told the rep again that I didnt want to pay long distance fees to call a rep to which the rep provided me with a phone number that he claimed wouldnt have long distance fees. TURNS OUR THERE WERE FEES! I have now been in a battle with VRBO over the past month trying to get some sort of compensation but I have gotten nowhere. They have FULLY ADMITTED TO THEIR MISTAKE and told me THEY ARE SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE AND THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. I told them this wasnt acceptable to which they said they will have supervisors look into it. But the longer this drags on the more I am convinced they are just going to drag this on in hopes I stop contacting them. DO NOT USE VRBO, THEY RUN A TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Vrbo is a SCAM Vrbo is a SCAM, never again ! I booked the sea view apartment in Hurgadha, Egypt ID: HA-481BOZ and the host phone number in the Vrbo system was wrong. After contacting Virbo agents Rowena and later on Noel via chat they could not find the host and when I canceled the reservation, and requested refund I've been told that money is already with the host who does not exist and they can not do anything SCAAAAAAM !

I just booked a hotel room through… I just booked a hotel room through expedia, and nothing was written about some fee. No where ever was it even talking about VRBO and they took a whole 12% more from my account for no reason whatsoever.
