Worst vacation ever Worst vacation ever! Fortunately, it was only a 2.5 hour car ride to go back home. The villa was dirty, smelly, and old. There were not enough tables in the restaurants to accommodate all the guests or lounge chairs by the pool. If we were not at the pool by 9am, we sat at a picnic table - so much for relaxing in the sun. If we were not at the restaurant by 5pm, we ate PAPA JOHNS - I can do that at home. I tried to book some spa services for myself and my daughter and the girl at spa reception was so rude, instead of relaxing - I left annoyed. NICE! We only stayed 2 of the 6 nights we had booked and 1 week later I still have NO REFUND. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to see if they will cancel payment equal to my refund amount. I will never use or recommend VACATIA to anyone - not even people I don’t like. Total waste of my vacation time from work and my kids spring break was ruined, not to mention, now the headache of refund issues. What a mess!

Back in February of 2021 my bank debit… Back in February of 2021 my bank debit card was compromised and a charge of $501.14 was taken from my account. I text the company through messenger and they never responded. The bank wanted a police report so they could investigate. I was asking Vistania if they could supply name of person/person's that used the debit card to pay for rental. It would of helped with investigations and I could have them arrested. Long story short, the bank said everything looked legit and therefore they are not refunding money. The police closed case due to this. So I am out $2268.

Bad timeshare Bad timeshare, they will not work with customers, the Grand shores West is a dump with horrible parking, and They charge more for maintenance fees and trumped-up charges than my Hilton Hawaii Timeshare. Most of the time customer service is no working. No AC in the hallway for more than 2 years, tiny dumpy rooms. All and All I am trapped into a horrible situation. Vacatia has worse integrity then Wyndham.

It was the worst experience ever It was the worst experience ever. Took 2 hours to check-in. I was not aware of I would have to check-in at an off-site location. I was sent to 3 different places before reaching the correct location. Unacceptable and highly doubt that I will book with you all again.
