GBWorst vacation ever Worst vacation ever! Fortunately, it was only a 2.5 hour car ride to go back home. The villa was dirty, smelly, and old. There were not enough tables in the restaurants to accommodate all the guests or lounge chairs by the pool. If we were not at the pool by 9am, we sat at a picnic table - so much for relaxing in the sun. If we were not at the restaurant by 5pm, we ate PAPA JOHNS - I can do that at home. I tried to book some spa services for myself and my daughter and the girl at spa reception was so rude, instead of relaxing - I left annoyed. NICE! We only stayed 2 of the 6 nights we had booked and 1 week later I still have NO REFUND. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to see if they will cancel payment equal to my refund amount. I will never use or recommend VACATIA to anyone - not even people I don’t like. Total waste of my vacation time from work and my kids spring break was ruined, not to mention, now the headache of refund issues. What a mess!

GBCharged a $500 cleaning fee at check in … Charged a $500 cleaning fee at check in which was not expected, Minimal furnishings pots and pans etc, entry gate didn't work, furniture old and falling apart, beds old, one month stay never cleaned the room once. Trash receptacles had to be driven to.

GBNo one is there On two occasions I tried to use the Chat feature on the website during business hours. Both times 'no one is available' was the only response after 15 minutes of waiting. There is also no information about how one cancels a reservation. There should be a FAQ on 'how do I cancel an existing reservation.', and/or a tab on the website.

GBDisappointing! Really disappointed on how they handle customer service. We reserved a hotel room at panama city, but days ago the reports have been saying that the weather was bad due to hurricane barry,beaches were closed to the public, they even have double redflags on those days. We called days ago to cancel due to the weather and ask for refund since its weather related but they said to only refund if it is an emergency state. We hoped we they would consider Has been going on for weeks, poor communication, they keep making promises to either call u or ff up with the hotel yet nothing really happens.called the hotels(also was not receptive). Overall im not happy on how it turned out just left you hanging, been a month already yet thw response is always the same. Ive gotten tired already so i give up. Im never booking w vacatia anymore.they couldve at least given us a compensation in return, that one night costs us 400 bucks it all went to nothing. Just really disappointed and unhappy with the service.
