NO NO NO NO From rental not being ready because it had not being cleaned from previous renters was told by housekeeping would be there when they could just wait in Florida heat in July with a one year old and groceries-over 4 hours to air not working properly and having to stay at house 2 days for air company to come was reimbursed 500.00 out of a 6000.00 rental only after I turned this into Better Business Bureau

this is not a reliable company this is not a reliable company. even the one star is not worthed. they cancel 48 hours before flight from Germany a confirmed reservation. after discussing back and forth they confirmed another reservation which was also not truthfull. they even not reimbursed the amount we lost. we have to switch Hotels and the last night we have to look by our self for a hotel. we paid so much money for this vacation and it was a total desaster. they dont even care about our small Kids. be carefull with this comany, this company is cheating.

SCAM I booked through VRBO for a condo in Floridia. Long story short, this is a very expensive scam. I don't believe Christian even exists. I called the phone number attached and a gentleman hung up on me when I asked him why he was stealing my money. No help from VRBO what so ever. If you ever see a listing from Resort Rental or Christian, save your family alot of heartache and run.

Customer service I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. Stay away! We booked a property through VRBO in January 2021 for a trip in March 2021. Received a confirmation from VRBO on March 13th only to get a TEXT message from Resort Rental Pros telling us that our reservation was cancelled because the unit was sold due to covid. Now there’s not a room to be found at our destination. You can blame a lot of things on covid but you don’t just sell a timeshare overnight. Do your homework before booking and STAY AWAY from this company so you don’t experience the same disappointment that we did.
