GBThe are greedy and do not care about the employees The management is self centered and greed appears to be the motivation. The owner or head guy Steve uses employees and owners then kicks them to the curb not doing the right thing. His employees take things and he does nothing about it. Beware Vacation rental pros. They tell you they will make things right then never contact you again hoping you will go away.

GBCustomer service I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. GBNO NO NO NO From rental not being ready because it had not being cleaned from previous renters was told by housekeeping would be there when they could just wait in Florida heat in July with a one year old and groceries-over 4 hours to air not working properly and having to stay at house 2 days for air company to come was reimbursed 500.00 out of a 6000.00 rental only after I turned this into Better Business Bureau

GBI booked a reservation through AirBnB… I booked a reservation through AirBnB in Williamsburg,VA with a host named Christian. Paid half, then 10 days later remainder. 2 weeks after initial reservation I am being told it's unavailable. They are offering me a 1 bedroom accomadation where I had reserved and paid for a 2 bedroom. I don't think Christian exists and was told the company was Resort Rental Pros. WOW. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

GBBED BUGS_ Do not rent from this cbedompany Do not rent from this company. My husband and I rented Old Hickory Lodge in Gatlinburg TN, for a Christmas family reunion. Three if our grandchildren, and 1 adult in our family were bitten by bedbugs. The cabin was also missing many essential items, pot holders, working can opener, mixing bowls the list goes on. The management team did not respond to multiple emails, AVOID this cabin, and do not book VTRIPS.
