NO NO NO NO From rental not being ready because it had not being cleaned from previous renters was told by housekeeping would be there when they could just wait in Florida heat in July with a one year old and groceries-over 4 hours to air not working properly and having to stay at house 2 days for air company to come was reimbursed 500.00 out of a 6000.00 rental only after I turned this into Better Business Bureau

Resort Rental Pros is a scam Resort Rental Pros is a scam. They cancelled our 6-day St. Thomas reservation 48 hours before we were set to arrive. Their customer service is laughable and they do not care because there is no recourse on VRBO; you can only review after your stay. Do NOT rent from this company. I would give them zero starts if possible.

If there was a zero rating that's what … If there was a zero rating that's what I would give. I had booked a beach house for a vacation in palm coast. When hurricane mathew came through I was told that it was destroyed and I would get a full refund. Then I got another story saying it was severely damaged and would be ready before my vacation and I would not be receiving a refund. Long story short they never refunded any of my money. The are greedy and do not care about the employees The management is self centered and greed appears to be the motivation. The owner or head guy Steve uses employees and owners then kicks them to the curb not doing the right thing. His employees take things and he does nothing about it. Beware Vacation rental pros. They tell you they will make things right then never contact you again hoping you will go away.

this is not a reliable company this is not a reliable company. even the one star is not worthed. they cancel 48 hours before flight from Germany a confirmed reservation. after discussing back and forth they confirmed another reservation which was also not truthfull. they even not reimbursed the amount we lost. we have to switch Hotels and the last night we have to look by our self for a hotel. we paid so much money for this vacation and it was a total desaster. they dont even care about our small Kids. be carefull with this comany, this company is cheating.
