If there was a zero rating that's what … If there was a zero rating that's what I would give. I had booked a beach house for a vacation in palm coast. When hurricane mathew came through I was told that it was destroyed and I would get a full refund. Then I got another story saying it was severely damaged and would be ready before my vacation and I would not be receiving a refund. Long story short they never refunded any of my money. I will add my two cents to all the… I will add my two cents to all the other reviews...HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went through VRBO and AIRBNB to book accommodations that showed available. Reservations were confirmed and money sent. Then I get a call the next day that they accommodations aren't available. Happened twice...didn't realize we were going through the same company since we were on the VRBO and Airbnb sites but then we realized it was the same company. They are totally scammers!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is not a reliable company this is not a reliable company. even the one star is not worthed. they cancel 48 hours before flight from Germany a confirmed reservation. after discussing back and forth they confirmed another reservation which was also not truthfull. they even not reimbursed the amount we lost. we have to switch Hotels and the last night we have to look by our self for a hotel. we paid so much money for this vacation and it was a total desaster. they dont even care about our small Kids. be carefull with this comany, this company is cheating.

SCAM I booked through VRBO for a condo in Floridia. Long story short, this is a very expensive scam. I don't believe Christian even exists. I called the phone number attached and a gentleman hung up on me when I asked him why he was stealing my money. No help from VRBO what so ever. If you ever see a listing from Resort Rental or Christian, save your family alot of heartache and run.

We had reservations during Covid and bc… We had reservations during Covid and bc members of our party had Covid we had to cancel the reservation. Ah, not so fast. They would only allow us to move it to another date ($1000 deposit at stake and they refused to refund). So, now my husband within the past 4 months had emergency quadruple bypass surgery And hip replacement last week. Doctors won’t clear him in time for our reservation this august, they refuse to even move the reservation to another date! Like it’s $1000 they’ve been holding hostage and they’re like “ sorry for the inconvenience, but go F yourself”. We aren’t rich. My husband has been out of work since January bc of the heart problem they found. DO NOT BOOK ANY VACATION WITH VACATION RENTAL PROS
