Short Notice Cancellation We have stay in the same unit in Panama City Beach the past four years. Our agency sold out to V trips last year. They increased the deposit, had a sign a long contract and pay more in advance. On two occasion they erroneously charged our credit card without authorization or notification. After several calls that was corrected. Then eight day before our arrival date we were e-mailed and messaged that our unit was not available. No other accommodations, or solutions were offered. We received a credit refund but lost our two month stay for January and February with no effort to provide another booking. This agency is the worst. Avoid them and trust nothing they say. We had reservations during Covid and bc… We had reservations during Covid and bc members of our party had Covid we had to cancel the reservation. Ah, not so fast. They would only allow us to move it to another date ($1000 deposit at stake and they refused to refund). So, now my husband within the past 4 months had emergency quadruple bypass surgery And hip replacement last week. Doctors won’t clear him in time for our reservation this august, they refuse to even move the reservation to another date! Like it’s $1000 they’ve been holding hostage and they’re like “ sorry for the inconvenience, but go F yourself”. We aren’t rich. My husband has been out of work since January bc of the heart problem they found. DO NOT BOOK ANY VACATION WITH VACATION RENTAL PROS

If I could do negative stars I would If I could do negative stars I would! I booked our Beachhouse a year in advance and they canceled our rental 10 months later with no explanation. Unbelievable! Now there are no vacation homes left for our dates and they were unable to put us in another house.

I will add my two cents to all the… I will add my two cents to all the other reviews...HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went through VRBO and AIRBNB to book accommodations that showed available. Reservations were confirmed and money sent. Then I get a call the next day that they accommodations aren't available. Happened twice...didn't realize we were going through the same company since we were on the VRBO and Airbnb sites but then we realized it was the same company. They are totally scammers!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The are greedy and do not care about the employees The management is self centered and greed appears to be the motivation. The owner or head guy Steve uses employees and owners then kicks them to the curb not doing the right thing. His employees take things and he does nothing about it. Beware Vacation rental pros. They tell you they will make things right then never contact you again hoping you will go away.
