Ruined our Vacation!!! We booked property 3 months in advance and this company sent us an email 2 days before our family vacation to Disney World and said the owner cancelled. They did not assist us in finding another rental and said here's your refund. So, 2 days before we booked another place out of desperation (lucky to find one). They had horrible customer service and didn't have the decency to call only email. What if I didn't check my email until we got there. They ruined our vacation even though we made the best of it. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Ohh and by the way if you cancell No Refund!! Horrible horrible horrible.

Stay away! We booked a property through VRBO in January 2021 for a trip in March 2021. Received a confirmation from VRBO on March 13th only to get a TEXT message from Resort Rental Pros telling us that our reservation was cancelled because the unit was sold due to covid. Now there’s not a room to be found at our destination. You can blame a lot of things on covid but you don’t just sell a timeshare overnight. Do your homework before booking and STAY AWAY from this company so you don’t experience the same disappointment that we did.

Customer service I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. We had reservations during Covid and bc… We had reservations during Covid and bc members of our party had Covid we had to cancel the reservation. Ah, not so fast. They would only allow us to move it to another date ($1000 deposit at stake and they refused to refund). So, now my husband within the past 4 months had emergency quadruple bypass surgery And hip replacement last week. Doctors won’t clear him in time for our reservation this august, they refuse to even move the reservation to another date! Like it’s $1000 they’ve been holding hostage and they’re like “ sorry for the inconvenience, but go F yourself”. We aren’t rich. My husband has been out of work since January bc of the heart problem they found. DO NOT BOOK ANY VACATION WITH VACATION RENTAL PROS

Resort Rental Pros is a SCAM Resort Rental Pros is a SCAM. I booked a place through VRBO that another family member stays at and upon arrival was told I only had booked for half the days. They are not recognized by this resort- La Cabana - and no one could explain what would happen to my final three nights here nor why I was able to get in. They have no contact with the "broker" except that some owners must ask them to book their units for them. but Resort Rental pros accepts money without confirmation of a place to stay and then goes an hunts for one. If they don't find one, I don't know what will happen. they refuse to call me or acknowledge that I will have to move three days before my departure without telling me where I am supposed to move - as if I should have to do so. This is outrageous and La Cabana claims it's not responsible but I also cannot quite believe that
