this is not a reliable company this is not a reliable company. even the one star is not worthed. they cancel 48 hours before flight from Germany a confirmed reservation. after discussing back and forth they confirmed another reservation which was also not truthfull. they even not reimbursed the amount we lost. we have to switch Hotels and the last night we have to look by our self for a hotel. we paid so much money for this vacation and it was a total desaster. they dont even care about our small Kids. be carefull with this comany, this company is cheating.

Ruined our Vacation!!! We booked property 3 months in advance and this company sent us an email 2 days before our family vacation to Disney World and said the owner cancelled. They did not assist us in finding another rental and said here's your refund. So, 2 days before we booked another place out of desperation (lucky to find one). They had horrible customer service and didn't have the decency to call only email. What if I didn't check my email until we got there. They ruined our vacation even though we made the best of it. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Ohh and by the way if you cancell No Refund!! Horrible horrible horrible.

I will add my two cents to all the… I will add my two cents to all the other reviews...HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We went through VRBO and AIRBNB to book accommodations that showed available. Reservations were confirmed and money sent. Then I get a call the next day that they accommodations aren't available. Happened twice...didn't realize we were going through the same company since we were on the VRBO and Airbnb sites but then we realized it was the same company. They are totally scammers!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer service I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. If there was a zero rating that's what … If there was a zero rating that's what I would give. I had booked a beach house for a vacation in palm coast. When hurricane mathew came through I was told that it was destroyed and I would get a full refund. Then I got another story saying it was severely damaged and would be ready before my vacation and I would not be receiving a refund. Long story short they never refunded any of my money. Never again will I ever refer anyone to do business with vacation rental pros
