GBIf I could do negative stars I would If I could do negative stars I would! I booked our Beachhouse a year in advance and they canceled our rental 10 months later with no explanation. Unbelievable! Now there are no vacation homes left for our dates and they were unable to put us in another house.

GBRuined our Vacation!!! We booked property 3 months in advance and this company sent us an email 2 days before our family vacation to Disney World and said the owner cancelled. They did not assist us in finding another rental and said here's your refund. So, 2 days before we booked another place out of desperation (lucky to find one). They had horrible customer service and didn't have the decency to call only email. What if I didn't check my email until we got there. They ruined our vacation even though we made the best of it. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Ohh and by the way if you cancell No Refund!! Horrible horrible horrible.

DEthis is not a reliable company this is not a reliable company. even the one star is not worthed. they cancel 48 hours before flight from Germany a confirmed reservation. after discussing back and forth they confirmed another reservation which was also not truthfull. they even not reimbursed the amount we lost. we have to switch Hotels and the last night we have to look by our self for a hotel. we paid so much money for this vacation and it was a total desaster. they dont even care about our small Kids. be carefull with this comany, this company is cheating.

GBStay away! We booked a property through VRBO in January 2021 for a trip in March 2021. Received a confirmation from VRBO on March 13th only to get a TEXT message from Resort Rental Pros telling us that our reservation was cancelled because the unit was sold due to covid. Now there’s not a room to be found at our destination. You can blame a lot of things on covid but you don’t just sell a timeshare overnight. Do your homework before booking and STAY AWAY from this company so you don’t experience the same disappointment that we did.

GBNO NO NO NO From rental not being ready because it had not being cleaned from previous renters was told by housekeeping would be there when they could just wait in Florida heat in July with a one year old and groceries-over 4 hours to air not working properly and having to stay at house 2 days for air company to come was reimbursed 500.00 out of a 6000.00 rental only after I turned this into Better Business Bureau
