SCAM I booked through VRBO for a condo in Floridia. Long story short, this is a very expensive scam. I don't believe Christian even exists. I called the phone number attached and a gentleman hung up on me when I asked him why he was stealing my money. No help from VRBO what so ever. If you ever see a listing from Resort Rental or Christian, save your family alot of heartache and run.

The are greedy and do not care about the employees The management is self centered and greed appears to be the motivation. The owner or head guy Steve uses employees and owners then kicks them to the curb not doing the right thing. His employees take things and he does nothing about it. Beware Vacation rental pros. They tell you they will make things right then never contact you again hoping you will go away.

this is not a reliable company this is not a reliable company. even the one star is not worthed. they cancel 48 hours before flight from Germany a confirmed reservation. after discussing back and forth they confirmed another reservation which was also not truthfull. they even not reimbursed the amount we lost. we have to switch Hotels and the last night we have to look by our self for a hotel. we paid so much money for this vacation and it was a total desaster. they dont even care about our small Kids. be carefull with this comany, this company is cheating.

Customer service I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. Short Notice Cancellation We have stay in the same unit in Panama City Beach the past four years. Our agency sold out to V trips last year. They increased the deposit, had a sign a long contract and pay more in advance. On two occasion they erroneously charged our credit card without authorization or notification. After several calls that was corrected. Then eight day before our arrival date we were e-mailed and messaged that our unit was not available. No other accommodations, or solutions were offered. We received a credit refund but lost our two month stay for January and February with no effort to provide another booking. This agency is the worst. Avoid them and trust nothing they say.
