NO NO NO NO From rental not being ready because it had not being cleaned from previous renters was told by housekeeping would be there when they could just wait in Florida heat in July with a one year old and groceries-over 4 hours to air not working properly and having to stay at house 2 days for air company to come was reimbursed 500.00 out of a 6000.00 rental only after I turned this into Better Business Bureau

Short Notice Cancellation We have stay in the same unit in Panama City Beach the past four years. Our agency sold out to V trips last year. They increased the deposit, had a sign a long contract and pay more in advance. On two occasion they erroneously charged our credit card without authorization or notification. After several calls that was corrected. Then eight day before our arrival date we were e-mailed and messaged that our unit was not available. No other accommodations, or solutions were offered. We received a credit refund but lost our two month stay for January and February with no effort to provide another booking. This agency is the worst. Avoid them and trust nothing they say. Good luck with your search ELSEWHERE HERE!

Resort Rental Pros IS A SCAM AND BOGUS… Resort Rental Pros IS A SCAM AND BOGUS COMPANY. “ Christian “ is a 3rd party and not working for the condo owners. He is taking money and not delivering. He advertises and poses as a condo owner, takes money for vacation and then tries to piece together a vacation. This left us with three separate reservations for a one week stay at a resort. He’s not affiliated with a Resort and he’s not affiliated with the owner. At one point our reservation, parts of it were canceled. Then we’re given a new reservation number for two separate reservations for the week. The day we were arriving we received an email that we had to use the owners name, in order to check in and if we didn’t, our reservation would be canceled we were not supposed to use his name or the third-party, VBRO, as our rental provider. VBRO is aware I called, but they essentially did nothing. He advertises through Expedia as well. Beware! I was in close contact with my resort and they are aware of his activities. They worked with us and we were able to have a vacation. Others who arrived here at the resort thinking they had rented a condo found out that no reservation for them existed. DO NOT TRUST OR USE CHRISTIAN OR RESORT RENTAL PROS!!!!!

This company posts fake VRBO listings This company posts fake listings on VRBO. I booked a stay through VBRO and never received check-in information. I called VBRO, they provided me with Vaction Rental Pro's information. I called them and they stated they had no openings and they posted the listing "by mistake". Ruined a ski trip, I'm out $1000 due to this fake listing, no vacancy within 2 hours due to a last minute cancellation by this company. Edit: just to clarify, Vacation Rental Pros are at fault here, VRBO is not. VRBO support was helpful in issuing a refund and searching for other accomodations. Unfortunately there's no vacant rooms nearby. It sounded like VRBO is looking into the inaccuracies of the postings by this property manager. Hopefully they drop them.

2 weeks before our 4th of July stay in… 2 weeks before our 4th of July stay in Daytona Beach I receive a text saying that they were unable to contact our property manager: Hello Curry We are reaching out in reference to the "Reservation Booked" in Wyndham Ocean Walk. We are sorry to inform you that we are a management company and our owner client has been non-responsive. Owners, pass away or sell their units sometimes without informing us. A refund will be processed. This is 2 weeks before our vacation in Daytona Beach... I have traveled my entire adult life and have never in my life experienced the type of service that can not find a location after price was paid in full. This is easily the worst service I have ever seen and I will be filing fraud charges with my bank and continue to post reviews online everywhere about this company...
