this is not a reliable company this is not a reliable company. even the one star is not worthed. they cancel 48 hours before flight from Germany a confirmed reservation. after discussing back and forth they confirmed another reservation which was also not truthfull. they even not reimbursed the amount we lost. we have to switch Hotels and the last night we have to look by our self for a hotel. we paid so much money for this vacation and it was a total desaster. they dont even care about our small Kids. be carefull with this comany, this company is cheating.

Ruined our Vacation!!! We booked property 3 months in advance and this company sent us an email 2 days before our family vacation to Disney World and said the owner cancelled. They did not assist us in finding another rental and said here's your refund. So, 2 days before we booked another place out of desperation (lucky to find one). They had horrible customer service and didn't have the decency to call only email. What if I didn't check my email until we got there. They ruined our vacation even though we made the best of it. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM. Ohh and by the way if you cancell No Refund!! Horrible horrible horrible.

If there was a zero rating that's what … If there was a zero rating that's what I would give. I had booked a beach house for a vacation in palm coast. When hurricane mathew came through I was told that it was destroyed and I would get a full refund. Then I got another story saying it was severely damaged and would be ready before my vacation and I would not be receiving a refund. Long story short they never refunded any of my money. Horrible Despicable Company Scam artists. It is 2 days before I am supposed to go on my vacation. I got a "Get ready for your trip" text yesterday. Today they cancelled my reservation with a total BS excuse. Their customer service could care less. When I asked how this is possible they told me they would refund my money and there was NOTHING they could do and then HUNG UP on me. There are no words to describe how despicable a company they are. Buyer beware.!!!!!

SCAM I booked through VRBO for a condo in Floridia. Long story short, this is a very expensive scam. I don't believe Christian even exists. I called the phone number attached and a gentleman hung up on me when I asked him why he was stealing my money. No help from VRBO what so ever. If you ever see a listing from Resort Rental or Christian, save your family alot of heartache and run.
