Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. GBResort Rental Pros is a scam Resort Rental Pros is a scam. They cancelled our 6-day St. Thomas reservation 48 hours before we were set to arrive. Their customer service is laughable and they do not care because there is no recourse on VRBO; you can only review after your stay. Do NOT rent from this company. I would give them zero starts if possible.

GBThe are greedy and do not care about the employees The management is self centered and greed appears to be the motivation. The owner or head guy Steve uses employees and owners then kicks them to the curb not doing the right thing. His employees take things and he does nothing about it. Beware Vacation rental pros. They tell you they will make things right then never contact you again hoping you will go away.

GBBED BUGS_ Do not rent from this cbedompany Do not rent from this company. My husband and I rented Old Hickory Lodge in Gatlinburg TN, for a Christmas family reunion. Three if our grandchildren, and 1 adult in our family were bitten by bedbugs. The cabin was also missing many essential items, pot holders, working can opener, mixing bowls the list goes on. The management team did not respond to multiple emails, AVOID this cabin, and do not book VTRIPS.

GBHorrible Despicable Company Scam artists. It is 2 days before I am supposed to go on my vacation. I got a "Get ready for your trip" text yesterday. Today they cancelled my reservation with a total BS excuse. Their customer service could care less. When I asked how this is possible they told me they would refund my money and there was NOTHING they could do and then HUNG UP on me. There are no words to describe how despicable a company they are. Buyer beware.!!!!!
