2 weeks before our 4th of July stay in… 2 weeks before our 4th of July stay in Daytona Beach I receive a text saying that they were unable to contact our property manager: Hello Curry We are reaching out in reference to the "Reservation Booked" in Wyndham Ocean Walk. We are sorry to inform you that we are a management company and our owner client has been non-responsive. Owners, pass away or sell their units sometimes without informing us. A refund will be processed. This is 2 weeks before our vacation in Daytona Beach... I have traveled my entire adult life and have never in my life experienced the type of service that can not find a location after price was paid in full. This is easily the worst service I have ever seen and I will be filing fraud charges with my bank and continue to post reviews online everywhere about this company...

SCAM I booked through VRBO for a condo in Floridia. Long story short, this is a very expensive scam. I don't believe Christian even exists. I called the phone number attached and a gentleman hung up on me when I asked him why he was stealing my money. No help from VRBO what so ever. If you ever see a listing from Resort Rental or Christian, save your family alot of heartache and run.

Resort Rental Pros is a scam Resort Rental Pros is a scam. They cancelled our 6-day St. Thomas reservation 48 hours before we were set to arrive. Their customer service is laughable and they do not care because there is no recourse on VRBO; you can only review after your stay. Do NOT rent from this company. I would give them zero starts if possible.

Customer service I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. The are greedy and do not care about the employees The management is self centered and greed appears to be the motivation. The owner or head guy Steve uses employees and owners then kicks them to the curb not doing the right thing. His employees take things and he does nothing about it. Beware Vacation rental pros. They tell you they will make things right then never contact you again hoping you will go away.
