BED BUGS_ Do not rent from this cbedompany Do not rent from this company. My husband and I rented Old Hickory Lodge in Gatlinburg TN, for a Christmas family reunion. Three if our grandchildren, and 1 adult in our family were bitten by bedbugs. The cabin was also missing many essential items, pot holders, working can opener, mixing bowls the list goes on. The management team did not respond to multiple emails, AVOID this cabin, and do not book VTRIPS.

When hurricane mathew came through I was told that it was destroyed and I would get a full refund. Then I got another story saying it was severely damaged and would be ready before my vacation and I would not be receiving a refund. Long story short they never refunded any of my money. Customer service I understand your recent acquistion of Jackson Mountain Homes, but when I call the number listed on their website, I expect to talk to someone at JMH. Not someone in Hilton Head, Florida, or wherever. I will be watching closely on our annual Thanksgiving family vacation, I hope nothing else has changed or you could lose a loyal JMH customer. Horrible Despicable Company Scam artists. It is 2 days before I am supposed to go on my vacation. I got a "Get ready for your trip" text yesterday. Today they cancelled my reservation with a total BS excuse. Their customer service could care less. When I asked how this is possible they told me they would refund my money and there was NOTHING they could do and then HUNG UP on me. There are no words to describe how despicable a company they are. Buyer beware.!!!!!

SCAM I booked through VRBO for a condo in Floridia. Long story short, this is a very expensive scam. I don't believe Christian even exists. I called the phone number attached and a gentleman hung up on me when I asked him why he was stealing my money. No help from VRBO what so ever. If you ever see a listing from Resort Rental or Christian, save your family alot of heartache and run.
