Speedy, Helpful, Friendly I've been working with CU for the last 18 months and in that time I've been impressed with the level of service they've provided to me as a contractor. Responses to queries have come back within a matter of hours, sometimes much faster, they've been helpful and friendly. Systems and processes work without failure and my documents are clear and always available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CU to contractors looking for an umbrella company.

I've been with them since 2006... I've been with them since 2006 and have only stopped using them as I'm retiring. During this time I changed contract on several occasions which they handled well. If there ever were issues over timely payments, it was always the fault of the company paying funds into Contractor Umbrella, and C.U. always resolved things promptly.
