I've been with them since 2006... I've been with them since 2006 and have only stopped using them as I'm retiring. During this time I changed contract on several occasions which they handled well. If there ever were issues over timely payments, it was always the fault of the company paying funds into Contractor Umbrella, and C.U. always resolved things promptly. I have no issues recommending this friendly, communicative and helpful team.

Great service I used Umbrella Contractor for a 3 month freelance contract. The set up was easy and they were able to navigate some complexity with my client (e.g contract in EUR, expenses in multiple currencies, set up on client invoicing system etc...). The service is first class, very knowledgeable and very responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

Shocking. Avoid at all costs. This company has a lot of churn in account managers and an incompetent accounts and management team. They sell well with promises and fail to deliver. There were so many tax issues which were caused by them making mistakes. This continued on a regular basis.

Speedy, Helpful, Friendly I've been working with CU for the last 18 months and in that time I've been impressed with the level of service they've provided to me as a contractor. Responses to queries have come back within a matter of hours, sometimes much faster, they've been helpful and friendly. Systems and processes work without failure and my documents are clear and always available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CU to contractors looking for an umbrella company.
