Convenient, Friendly Service SnowPak was easy to book with and very organized. We booked our trip during Thanksgiving for spring break time. It was easy to book online, we received all the information we needed timely, and our trip went smoothly! It was great having everything booked for us with just one place (didn't have to search for hotels, lift tickets, and rentals separately). They answered all my questions and check with us before the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience!

Great customer service Great customer service! We just booked again through SnowPak. Prices are better than booking directly through the resort, and it's convenient to have the lift passes added as part of the package. One change...the customer service rep mentioned we wouldn't need reservations for the restaurants in the Village. You definitely do or you will be waiting about an hour.

On the trip everything went smoothly. They called a few days before to confirm everything with us and sent us our confirmation numbers for shuttle, hotel, rentals, and lift tickets.
