Excellent customer service and process Excellent customer service and process. I am extremely hesitant about revealing any personal information. I was very hesitant and I definitely called them my fair share. I spoke to at least 6 different agents over the course of a month. They were all patient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They made me feel quite at ease ( impressive as I am always extremely apprehensive)! Within 10 minutes of submitting my information I had the payment in my paypal account. I must say I am pleasantly surprised. A highly recommended company!

Totally Worth It, Don’t Get In Your Own Way! At first I was skeptical, thinking was this legit or not. After having done some research and reading others successes with BasisTravel, I decided to make the move to enhance my travel experiences.
