I was very hesitant and I definitely called them my fair share. I spoke to at least 6 different agents over the course of a month. They were all patient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They made me feel quite at ease ( impressive as I am always extremely apprehensive)! Within 10 minutes of submitting my information I had the payment in my paypal account.
