I travel a lot and normally would use… I travel a lot and normally would use third party apps for cheaper rates but they don't normally offer great benefits. I learnt about this site from my brother who travel just as much as gave it a try. Holy great, the benefits are much much better than what the airlines can offer.

Great service Great service, got help numerous times throughout the process and my upgrade was even expedited a few days prior to what I expected in accordance to a flight I had booked. 10/10!

Efficient and exceptional! From the moment I reached out to them, they were super friendly and attentive. They listened to all my travel needs and preferences, and then BAM! They came back with a customized itinerary that checked all the boxes. Not only that, but they were quick to respond to my questions and made the whole booking process a breeze. Their efficiency and excellent service really made me feel like a valued customer. I can't recommend them enough!

Quick and Great Service! Quick and Great Service! I ordered my upgrade in the morning and by the evening my status had been updated on my United account. The perks even updated on my pre-existing scheduled flights. Customer service also responded pretty quick when I had a question and took care of what I needed. Looking forward to enjoy my flights.

Fabulous company! Basis Travel is a fantastic source for airline mileage program match benefits. They provide exactly what they offer, in a timely way, and no charge is made until the transaction is complete. They communicate extremely well, and are courteous and professional at all times. Great company!!
