Solid Customer Service - Delivers Promised Products Pretty solid customer service and the transaction worked as spelled out on their website. I initiated the order, they contacted me with a question, and once the order was processed I received an invoice. Contact with the company is primarily through texting, and it sometimes take a little while to get a response - but nothing longer than 24 hours. They are currently processing another order for me, which is taking a little longer than anticipated, but I haven’t paid for it yet and am not concerned as I know they’ll follow through.

A minor delay with the due date but that was on the airline's side. I was extremely happy with the outcome and communication/updates when my order was being processed.
