From skeptical to well pleased! Like many others I was skeptical. However, my status was granted within the time frame promised. The amount that I have saved in checked baggage fees paid for the cost of the service. Due my status, I was granted access to a lovely international lounge which would not have otherwise been available. This service has worked out well for me!

Solid Customer Service - Delivers Promised Products Pretty solid customer service and the transaction worked as spelled out on their website. I initiated the order, they contacted me with a question, and once the order was processed I received an invoice. Contact with the company is primarily through texting, and it sometimes take a little while to get a response - but nothing longer than 24 hours. They are currently processing another order for me, which is taking a little longer than anticipated, but I haven’t paid for it yet and am not concerned as I know they’ll follow through.
