The perks even updated on my pre-existing scheduled flights. Customer service also responded pretty quick when I had a question and took care of what I needed. Looking forward to enjoy my flights.

Signed, Sealed & Delivered! After living abroad for a couple years, I lost my frequent flyer status due to inactivity. With several long trips upcoming in the next few months, when I noticed BasisTravel’s online advertisement, I thought I’d investigate their status upgrade offer with American Airlines. The online request and order was quick and painless. In only about a week, I logged on to AA’s website to book a reservation and noticed my Platinum Pro upgrade was already in place - great timing! Later that afternoon, I received both an email and text message informing me the upgrade was complete. I’m absolutely impressed with how easy the whole process was and worth every penny!

Excellent customer service and process Excellent customer service and process. I am extremely hesitant about revealing any personal information. I was very hesitant and I definitely called them my fair share. I spoke to at least 6 different agents over the course of a month. They were all patient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They made me feel quite at ease ( impressive as I am always extremely apprehensive)! Within 10 minutes of submitting my information I had the payment in my paypal account. I must say I am pleasantly surprised. A highly recommended company!

From skeptical to well pleased! Like many others I was skeptical. However, my status was granted within the time frame promised. The amount that I have saved in checked baggage fees paid for the cost of the service. Due my status, I was granted access to a lovely international lounge which would not have otherwise been available. This service has worked out well for me!
