GBTotally Worth It, Don’t Get In Your Own Way! At first I was skeptical, thinking was this legit or not. After having done some research and reading others successes with BasisTravel, I decided to make the move to enhance my travel experiences. While I travel often, I found that the airlines are making earning statuses harder and more out of reach. Though I have status on some airlines I find that it’s everyone else does too, so with the help of this program it helped bump my status a bit higher to have a greater chance of upgrades and premium seats than I had before. If you’re second guessing; dont! It was worth every dollar, you won’t regret it!

GBSolid Customer Service - Delivers Promised Products Pretty solid customer service and the transaction worked as spelled out on their website. I initiated the order, they contacted me with a question, and once the order was processed I received an invoice. Contact with the company is primarily through texting, and it sometimes take a little while to get a response - but nothing longer than 24 hours. They are currently processing another order for me, which is taking a little longer than anticipated, but I haven’t paid for it yet and am not concerned as I know they’ll follow through.
