GBVery fast service Very fast service, luggage arrived home three days before schedule. I did get two very conflicting, confusing emails on the ship before coming home. Both had wrong information about our arrival in Miami. Pick up was more complicated than it needed to be. Please fix the info for the future!

GBEverything went as promised. Everything went as promised. 2 comments- i am mobility impaired and had specially asked that the 2 suitcases be picked up by FedEx from my condo unit 709 vice me having to carry them down to the first floor in another building to Condo Association Front Office. I got a call from the driver who said he didnt get that word but did come to my unit for pickup. On the return dropoff, i had to made my own arrangements to get suitcases from Front Office to my condo unit 2-My bags needed be on the ship February 27; pickup had to be no later than february 16, according to your customer service rep. My bags arrived in miami february 20, 7 days. Consider too much cushion-VA to FLA, Return also took only 4 days.

GBCustomer support was good Customer support was good Had to correct the address on the shipping label and was able to get this done over the phone. I dropped suitcases off at the local FedEx center and delivery was 3 days earlier than originally expected. Great service.
