You guys were wonderful! You guys were wonderful! Customer support can be a minefield these days but every time I called you were excellent. I had a tight deadline and couldn't have done it without you!

Amazing service from start to finish Amazing service from start to finish. I wondered if it was possible to transport some of our luggage to our end destination once finished with, rather than lugging 2 extra cases with cold weather gear, to the sunshine break in the middle of our holiday. Google search & here is the outcome. Cheaper than paying the airlines for our extra checked bags & delivered within 2 days vs the 3-5 paid for. Fabulous. Excellent service.

Very fast service Very fast service, luggage arrived home three days before schedule. I did get two very conflicting, confusing emails on the ship before coming home. Both had wrong information about our arrival in Miami. Pick up was more complicated than it needed to be. Please fix the info for the future!

Customer support was good Customer support was good Had to correct the address on the shipping label and was able to get this done over the phone. I dropped suitcases off at the local FedEx center and delivery was 3 days earlier than originally expected. Great service.

Avoid the hassle of baggage claim with no risk of lost luggage We are in our eighties and very much appreciate the convenience of luggage free. The cost although somewhat higher than what the airlines charge for checked bags it is well worth it as it’s insurance the luggage is not lost, avoids the baggage claim hassle and arrives, delivered at our destination. Wonderful
