The professionalism was superb The professionalism was superb. The equipment was brand new and very comfortable. The whole team as a whole was very informative and considerate from scheduling and updating us, thru out every phase of what led up to and completing our journey north. We couldn’t be more happy. Some excellent, some left a bit to be desired The pilots were outstanding. Josh was very helpful and the operations team was very responsive. On the other hand, the plane was not what we were expecting-a different model, older than expected and didn't have good reclining seats. The biggest challenge was the shifting schedule for the return flight and also the need to stop in AZ rather than direct back to Portland.

The pilots and Staff were very polite The pilots and Staff were very polite, professional, and the managers/ directors Dylan and Jordan were very dedicated and worked hard for me with my problems with my trip to California, even though it was not the outcome we had hoped for it means a lot to me too see the effort put in on their side, and I am super appreciative of that and will continue to use you guys exclusively for travel.
