The pilots helped me with my Yellow Lab and luggage on and off the Jet. Safety rules were thoroughly covered. They checked to see I was comfortable. My Jeep was pulled up to the Jet steps, all luggage moved to my vehicle and the gas tank was full. I drove away a very satisfied passenger.
