Easy to use, friendly, quick to respond. Easy to connect, very responsive, and patient as we decided what trip we actually needed. Unfortunately, we needed our guest and due to FAA restrictions, the pilots did not make it in timely and our guest was 1 hour late for his speaking engagement. FlyCFG offered ability to cancel to make it right, but at 12 hours before our scheduled flight, there were no other options.

Josh at FlyCFG did a great job. Josh at FlyCFG did a great job finding an aircraft for my trip on very short notice. The aircraft provided (PC-12 NG) was clean and well provisioned, we arrived early for our trip and were able to depart thirty minutes ahead of schedule. Very competent and polite crew, the captain (Adam) has 10k+ hours and is extremely familiar with the aircraft. I would highly recommend FlyCFG and the operator that they used for this trip.

Some excellent, some left a bit to be desired The pilots were outstanding. Josh was very helpful and the operations team was very responsive. On the other hand, the plane was not what we were expecting-a different model, older than expected and didn't have good reclining seats. The biggest challenge was the shifting schedule for the return flight and also the need to stop in AZ rather than direct back to Portland.

CFG is so very accommodating and… CFG is so very accommodating and professional. They were flexible when my schedule changed and arranged new flights. The pilots helped me with my Yellow Lab and luggage on and off the Jet. Safety rules were thoroughly covered. They checked to see I was comfortable. My Jeep was pulled up to the Jet steps, all luggage moved to my vehicle and the gas tank was full. I drove away a very satisfied passenger.
