absolutely the best experience… absolutely the best experience chartering an airplane had a cancelled flight for spring break had my grandchildren ready to go and the rebooking was going to put us in FL 3 days later . called and with in 3 hours had a plane ready and took off from Smyrna airport to Ft Lauderdale / great trip Dan our pilot was fantastic the grandkids will never forget this !! thanks so much !!

Some excellent, some left a bit to be desired The pilots were outstanding. Josh was very helpful and the operations team was very responsive. On the other hand, the plane was not what we were expecting-a different model, older than expected and didn't have good reclining seats. The biggest challenge was the shifting schedule for the return flight and also the need to stop in AZ rather than direct back to Portland.

Aircraft was as described (infact a bit better than expected), pilots were fantastic and continued with providing a high touch customer service.

The pilots and Staff were very polite The pilots and Staff were very polite, professional, and the managers/ directors Dylan and Jordan were very dedicated and worked hard for me with my problems with my trip to California, even though it was not the outcome we had hoped for it means a lot to me too see the effort put in on their side, and I am super appreciative of that and will continue to use you guys exclusively for travel. CFG is so very accommodating and… CFG is so very accommodating and professional. They were flexible when my schedule changed and arranged new flights. The pilots helped me with my Yellow Lab and luggage on and off the Jet. Safety rules were thoroughly covered. They checked to see I was comfortable. My Jeep was pulled up to the Jet steps, all luggage moved to my vehicle and the gas tank was full. I drove away a very satisfied passenger.
