Some excellent, some left a bit to be desired The pilots were outstanding. Josh was very helpful and the operations team was very responsive. On the other hand, the plane was not what we were expecting-a different model, older than expected and didn't have good reclining seats. The biggest challenge was the shifting schedule for the return flight and also the need to stop in AZ rather than direct back to Portland.

Last Minute Charter Success Lindsey was able to find us a charter in a couple hours after another brokerage company had plane issues and wasn't able to honor the original booking. Saved us a lot of time and headaches.

The aircraft provided (PC-12 NG) was clean and well provisioned, we arrived early for our trip and were able to depart thirty minutes ahead of schedule. Very competent and polite crew, the captain (Adam) has 10k+ hours and is extremely familiar with the aircraft. I would highly recommend FlyCFG and the operator that they used for this trip.

absolutely the best experience… absolutely the best experience chartering an airplane had a cancelled flight for spring break had my grandchildren ready to go and the rebooking was going to put us in FL 3 days later . called and with in 3 hours had a plane ready and took off from Smyrna airport to Ft Lauderdale / great trip Dan our pilot was fantastic the grandkids will never forget this !! thanks so much !!
