Failure to respond to several phone… Failure to respond to several phone calls regarding an over payment not returned, the amount paid twice 28248.99 via my amex card. Edward Dudnyk, I Have been told by the sales rep that they are having cash flow problems and may not have the funds to repay but my booked flight may not be available.

Had to get home fast. This trip was related to a medical emergency and its use allowed us to avoid a 20 hour trip by car or a commercial airport with two pets which would have taken over 10 hours and crowds of people. This charter flight allowed us to get door to door in 4 hours, with no fuss, no crowds, and little effort or stress on our part. Ursula, our "'flycfg advisor" who booked the trip was attentive to every question and concern. She responded quickly and sensitively and followed up throughout the process including after we landed.

Josh at FlyCFG did a great job. Josh at FlyCFG did a great job finding an aircraft for my trip on very short notice. The aircraft provided (PC-12 NG) was clean and well provisioned, we arrived early for our trip and were able to depart thirty minutes ahead of schedule. Very competent and polite crew, the captain (Adam) has 10k+ hours and is extremely familiar with the aircraft. I would highly recommend FlyCFG and the operator that they used for this trip.

Everyone we were in contact with were compassionate and easy to work with including the pilots . It was a smooth and easy flight. It was a great experience to say the least.
