Easy to use, friendly, quick to respond. Easy to connect, very responsive, and patient as we decided what trip we actually needed. Unfortunately, we needed our guest and due to FAA restrictions, the pilots did not make it in timely and our guest was 1 hour late for his speaking engagement. FlyCFG offered ability to cancel to make it right, but at 12 hours before our scheduled flight, there were no other options.

Had to get home fast. This trip was related to a medical emergency and its use allowed us to avoid a 20 hour trip by car or a commercial airport with two pets which would have taken over 10 hours and crowds of people. This charter flight allowed us to get door to door in 4 hours, with no fuss, no crowds, and little effort or stress on our part. Ursula, our "'flycfg advisor" who booked the trip was attentive to every question and concern. She responded quickly and sensitively and followed up throughout the process including after we landed.

Great service - very pleased. Our experience with CFG was excellent. Great communication and service throughout. From initial booking, pre-flight details and itinerary tweaks were all handled quickly and professionally by the CFG team. Our trip was a one way flight relocate our 92 year old aunt cross country - not the easiest trip for her, but kind and patient pilots really helped! This was our first time with CFG and we will definitely use again.
