GBSome excellent, some left a bit to be desired The pilots were outstanding. Josh was very helpful and the operations team was very responsive. On the other hand, the plane was not what we were expecting-a different model, older than expected and didn't have good reclining seats. The biggest challenge was the shifting schedule for the return flight and also the need to stop in AZ rather than direct back to Portland.

GBHad to get home fast. This trip was related to a medical emergency and its use allowed us to avoid a 20 hour trip by car or a commercial airport with two pets which would have taken over 10 hours and crowds of people. This charter flight allowed us to get door to door in 4 hours, with no fuss, no crowds, and little effort or stress on our part. Ursula, our "'flycfg advisor" who booked the trip was attentive to every question and concern. She responded quickly and sensitively and followed up throughout the process including after we landed.
