The second agent did not provide much information or insight into the trip itinerary. Other than that, he was adequate.

GBNot goof Even though it shows rooms available on your website your agent has come back to us 3 times many days later to tell us we couldn’t go on those dates because a room wasn’t available. We are still waiting for a confirmation 3 days after the last attempt! Not good service! The website should be modified to be immediately updatable.
