USMy first call was dropped half way… My first call was dropped half way through providing my information. I called back and got a different agent so I had to start all over again. The second agent did not provide much information or insight into the trip itinerary. Other than that, he was adequate.

For example he asked about food allergies and explained the difference between Gold and Silver train amenities.
