AULeonardo Royal Hotel city (tower hill) London Booked using @hotel for one of our stays during our Euro trip for the first time. Easy booking process. We booked Leonardo Royal Hotel City (Tower Hill) superior king room with brekkie. The hotel was superb, we had a friendly check in after a long 6hr drive and we were given a complimentary upgrade to an executive king suite, included a free mineral water and red wine ! Such a big comfortable room , bed, amenities… just perfect!

CRSahy! And the staff at the hotel What made this experience great for me, is a man named Sahy, wow what an incredible asset to this company. He really went above and beyond, more than I have ever experienced in my life ! There was a mistake made on the original booking, him and the @hotel company made sure we were comfortable, and gave us a refund also for the mishap. Sahy spent hours, even of his own time not clocked in, working on this situation for us. I also got to know him a bit, and he’s the most compassionate, authentically kind and caring soul! Thank you oh so much to the amazing Sahy and @hotel I will definitely use this Caring company again to help book. ;)

ZAI had difficulty trying to locate an… I had difficulty trying to locate an email address of a hotel I am going to stay at in Spain, as I wanted to request an earlier check-in time. IEComfortable and friendly 5* hotel with exceptional dinner events As well as being a very comfortable, and friendly 5*hotel with exceptional service, they arrange exceptional special dinner events. We enjoy meeting wine growers from around the world, who talk about their vineyards and present their wines which Chef Lisa matches with superb food. There are a range of subjects for special dinners from literary works, to luxury car brands. 17 days of ‘Obsession’ in Jan/Feb each year is a gastronomic delight.
