CAAn easy booking experience that saved… An easy booking experience that saved over $1000 vs booking directly with our hotel. When I needed input regarding the area we were staying the @hotel group sent me back an email very quickly with some ideas for us.

SGQuick customer service @hotel service was quick, friendly and upto the mark. Only problem I thought is the communication channel, its only email. But nevertheless they are very prompt in responding and even if its taking time for resolution, there will be an acknowledgement email from someone(not automated bot) saying that they are looking into the issue and will get back soon. This is very impressive and I hope it never degrades in future, we never like to end up in situation where we just mention our problems, concerns but don’t know when will it be resolved. So atleast keep this spirit going.

AULeonardo Royal Hotel city (tower hill) London Booked using @hotel for one of our stays during our Euro trip for the first time. Easy booking process. We booked Leonardo Royal Hotel City (Tower Hill) superior king room with brekkie. The hotel was superb, we had a friendly check in after a long 6hr drive and we were given a complimentary upgrade to an executive king suite, included a free mineral water and red wine ! Such a big comfortable room , bed, amenities… just perfect!

NLGreat customer support weeks after my booking Some weeks after having made the unchangeable booking through Athotel, I noticed I made a mistake by my side regarding the check out date. Athotel reached out to the hotel with various arguments on my behalf, after which the hotel showed flexibility and reduced the booking by 1 night as requested. Great support from Athotel with clear communication through WhatsApp.
