I was met with wonderful representatives who were able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. MAOutstanding There was a problem with the hotel's server. The team was very reactive, wether by email or Whatsapp. Problem solved in few seconds. As a frequent traveller this is the kind of attention, we usually get when we are platinum or at least gold. The complimentary concierge assistance was remarkable! Booking.com is way behind... @hotel is like the new boutique booking :)
