MAOutstanding There was a problem with the hotel's server. The team was very reactive, wether by email or Whatsapp. Problem solved in few seconds. As a frequent traveller this is the kind of attention, we usually get when we are platinum or at least gold. The complimentary concierge assistance was remarkable! Booking.com is way behind... @hotel is like the new boutique booking :)

CRSahy! And the staff at the hotel What made this experience great for me, is a man named Sahy, wow what an incredible asset to this company. He really went above and beyond, more than I have ever experienced in my life ! There was a mistake made on the original booking, him and the @hotel company made sure we were comfortable, and gave us a refund also for the mishap. Sahy spent hours, even of his own time not clocked in, working on this situation for us. I also got to know him a bit, and he’s the most compassionate, authentically kind and caring soul! Thank you oh so much to the amazing Sahy and @hotel I will definitely use this Caring company again to help book. ;)

GBSeamless Support Had a great support experience with Omar! Due to an issue, we were unable to make the trip to Amsterdam and had to cancel our hotel. The website had a bug and wasn't letting us cancel. Got a prompt response on chat from Omar who made it easy.
