ZAI had difficulty trying to locate an… I had difficulty trying to locate an email address of a hotel I am going to stay at in Spain, as I wanted to request an earlier check-in time. I reached out to the @hotel support service and Omar assisted me with my request. He was super efficient and helpful! Thanks Omar for your assistance!

IEJust arrived back from a short stay at… Just arrived back from a short stay at this hotel! Hotel Benczur Budapest I was not impressed with the hotel as nobody told us it was under going renovations painters in the lobby having to walk on plastic covers with paint splashes drilling and banging starting at 8.00am lobby toilets were also been repainted so closed at certain times The 24hour reception could not even give us a glass of water the staff in the evening were not very helpful also the residents bar closed at 10pm

GBFantastic Customer Service Experience The hotel I originally booked with cancelled my reservation so I had to contact @Hotel for help. I was met with wonderful representatives who were able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I'm beyond impressed with their customer service, I'll definitely be using @Hotel again for future bookings. Huge thank you to Sahy and Qetoo for their help!!
