MAOutstanding There was a problem with the hotel's server. The team was very reactive, wether by email or Whatsapp. Problem solved in few seconds. As a frequent traveller this is the kind of attention, we usually get when we are platinum or at least gold. The complimentary concierge assistance was remarkable! Booking.com is way behind... @hotel is like the new boutique booking :)

ESGood Deals You can find pretty good deals, the main issue i have is the web page, it´s a bit buggy. they also send a lot of emails reminding you of your reservation and offering their concierge support (which is actually pretty good)

CAAn easy booking experience that saved… An easy booking experience that saved over $1000 vs booking directly with our hotel. When I needed input regarding the area we were staying the @hotel group sent me back an email very quickly with some ideas for us.

NLGreat customer support weeks after my booking Some weeks after having made the unchangeable booking through Athotel, I noticed I made a mistake by my side regarding the check out date. Athotel reached out to the hotel with various arguments on my behalf, after which the hotel showed flexibility and reduced the booking by 1 night as requested. Great support from Athotel with clear communication through WhatsApp.

IEJust arrived back from a short stay at… Just arrived back from a short stay at this hotel! Hotel Benczur Budapest I was not impressed with the hotel as nobody told us it was under going renovations painters in the lobby having to walk on plastic covers with paint splashes drilling and banging starting at 8.00am lobby toilets were also been repainted so closed at certain times The 24hour reception could not even give us a glass of water the staff in the evening were not very helpful also the residents bar closed at 10pm
