Last month i left a very poor review of… Last month i left a very poor review of Going. To net it out, not only did they fix the issue, but the issue itself was most likely caused by user error (me). Still not sure why i never received their emails from my prior complaints but they truly went above and beyond to make sure ther issue was fixed and i was satisifed, I am impressed!

You put me on automatic renewal which… You put me on automatic renewal which is did not want. the service is hard to understand and I have just snooped at it. I was slipped into a membership that I did not request, then renewed.
