GBEF Europe tour Just got back from a tour to Europe. We did Italy, Switzerland, and France in a week. We went as a group from Boonville, NY. We had the absolute best tour guide so I really just wanted to put that out there to thank her. Rossella Ibba spoke four languages, very knowledgeable, and tried to accommodate everyone’s needs. She has such a bubbly personality and set the mood every morning for positivity (no matter how early). ☺️ I was looking at all the pictures and really just wanted to put it out there that she is appreciated. GBLife-changing experiences for student travelers Have sent children abroad with EF on two different trips and each was extraordinary. GBWonderful experience for my son My son went on an EF Tours trip with his school and he had a blast! He's usually pretty reserved and quiet, but ended up making new friends and really enjoyed himself. He's going to college this Fall and will be majoring in History, so this trip was very exciting for him. They visited so many historical sites and tried so many new things. We would 100% recommend this trip!!

GBWhen I canceled my automatic transfer… When I canceled my automatic transfer of funds you still tried to pull then charged me late fees. When trying to rectify the situation through you and the teacher that was working on organizing the tour you ignored the situation. My daughter didn’t like Juan saying he was bossy and pushy. I understand a tour guide has to move people along but this wasn’t her complaint ask my daughter for her reasons. I will say however it seemed well organized as far as what to take and when to have things ready. Times were reasonably accurate and things did seem to flow according to their plan.

GBEF was excellent! EF was great every step of the way, from direct customer service support before the trip to the exceptional staff on my daughter's tour. I loved the app, too, to be able to see what she was up to each day of the trip. Great work!
