They have helped me with so many situations and problems over the year with such grace, kindness, patience, and true concern. Hannan is absolutely the BEST at what they do!!!

GBI was in a crisis with flight… I was in a crisis with flight cancellations and reached out to Farebuzz. I was fortunate to speak with Elgart and he assisted me with booking same day flights. He was thorough and I truly couldn't have asked for better support. I have had to call Farebuzz customer service previously and things haven't went well. If I could make all transactions with Elgart I'd be more than happy to book future flights again!

GBTRACY Tracy made this SPECIAL!..After numerous attempts on line and even more by phone..(terrible connections, and being put on hold)..I finally reached TRACY in New York! Success with my $32,000 BOOKING!.. Just a party of 4. Tracy even arranged a small commission for me. I have other issues, not with Tracy for sure) The real test of this review.. If I actually hear back from someone about my not being able to access your booking website. and of coursse when to expect our commission.
