GBExcellent support for an unexpected change Clients had a Christmas Markets cruise pulled out from under them because the vendor chartered the sailing. Accepting the alternative offered meant that they needed to make a substantial change to their flight arrangements. Fare Buzz did an excellent job changing their flights to new dates and new cities with minimal cost to the clients. One pair actually had no change fee! The support was truly amazing.

They have helped me with so many situations and problems over the year with such grace, kindness, patience, and true concern. Hannan is absolutely the BEST at what they do!!!

GBBooking with Elgart Whenever booking just flights or just flights and hotel separate, I almost always go through Fare Buzz. And when I book with you I ALWAYS only work with Elgart. Elgart is the most efficient, most kind and most respectful and professional representative there, and I say that because I have worked with others there and not gotten the same experience. Now I must let you know that when Elgart is not available there are 2 more representatives there that are back ups that I also will work with that pretty much have similar work ethics as Elgart and those 2 would be Dayton and Clinton. However, I prefer to only work with Elgart whenever I work with Fare Buzz!

GBPlease Simplify the Process Elgart went above and beyond to handle my clients' reservations. BUT, we had significant issues getting them booked. This was not the first time we had issues with the Verification Team calls to the client to assure that there was no hacking. We understand the need for such in this day and age. There was also a delay in completing the booking due to what Farebuzz said was credit card company denial of one of the 4 charges, but the credit card company said was incorrect security code given on one of the 4 charges. Repeated calls to the client and repeated calls by the client to the credit card company made the process difficult. Am hoping you can find an easier way to book clients' flights.
