VIWhen a travel agent makes a request to… When a travel agent makes a request to a FareBuzz representative, they should attempt to assist while in the chat or on the phone- not direct them to the website the TA just stated was not operational. That would be nice and hospitable for TAs that desire to do everything on their own and only call when absolutely needed. Thank you.

USThis was my first time booking with… This was my first time booking with Fare Buzz as a TA and I had an issue with the system not taking the birthdates. I called and got a voicemail when looking for assistance. I did receive assistance from the chat agent who said there was a technical issue with the booking engine. She was able to book the airfare for me under my name so I would not lose my client.

Farbuzz never mention they would contact customers if there spouses are booked for a flight even if the card holder is traveling and paid for the trip. This triggered a concern by customer and myself. Had we been aware and expected This experience it would have been better.
