USIsrael Rocks! Israel was such a big help, even 6 months after my experience ! I was not pleased with the initial service at all. I called several times for about a month and spoke with several people, including supervisors, got absolutley no where and received no call backs as promised. Israel called one time to follow up on my review. He dug deep into the situation and found out answers in a couple of hours, that I couldn't get for weeks. He asked me to do some research on my side and called back to follow up on my findings. He really listened and really cared. Situation resolved. 5 stars for Israel and I hope he trains all the new employees ;)

USI had the pleasure of working with… I had the pleasure of working with Vick, he was extremely patient and helpful. I had booked a trip that needed to be rescheduled due to an expired passport and Vick spent close to 4 hours trying to find a solution for me. I will definitely be calling him again for my future trips!

USSCAMMERS If you are contacted by anyone from Travelomile from New Jersey (732.659.9056) claiming to operate on behalf of Lufthansa Airlines and then requesting surcharges for seats you have already purchased, HANG UP. TOTAL SCAM. They almost got away with $700 from me.
