USI had an excellent experience I needed to book 8 tickets to Europe with two of the tickets returning on a different date. My agent was so helpful spent a lot of time with me on the phone making sure all the names and dates were correct. Plus he also worked with me on pricing. I'm retired living on a pension but taking my kids and grandkids overseas was important to me. Your company and agents made this happen. Thank you again I had two experiences one today 12/9/23 I had a question regarding my credit card charge and the gal explained everything to me and spoke to me with respect and patience.

USIssac gave me superb service Issac gave me superb service This has been a very difficult time for me his help made me believe again in the kindness and patience of people in service to the public. This is a very busy time for airlines but that didn't stop Issac from doing his best for me. I recommend United if you have travel needs. I know I be using them in the future

USSUPERB SERVICE Vick was able to modify my flight for me after I was outside of the 24 hour window to cancel with southwest. I really could have done it myself but I’m glad Vick did it for me. It was a charge to get the flight modified; but, the cool and generous part was I was also given a credit to my account in the amount of the charge for the modification; and my job pays for my expenses anyway so really it was a win win for me. USHelpful team - Successful Booking Charlie and Mary were super helpful in securing our tickets to make sure that we were able to use our flight credits as well as our travel vouchers (something apparently impossible to do on United's website). We're very pleased with their service and would recommend using them again.

USPersonal Service with Excellence Sarah our representative was incredibly helpful with our flight arrangements during the busy holiday season. She was able to check layover times between our flights to assure that it was a reasonable amount of time for us to get to our 2nd gate. Sarah checked all the small details of our arrangements making us feel secure using Delta again for a special holiday trip.
