SUPERB SERVICE Vick was able to modify my flight for me after I was outside of the 24 hour window to cancel with southwest. I really could have done it myself but I’m glad Vick did it for me. It was a charge to get the flight modified; but, the cool and generous part was I was also given a credit to my account in the amount of the charge for the modification; and my job pays for my expenses anyway so really it was a win win for me. Helpful team - Successful Booking Charlie and Mary were super helpful in securing our tickets to make sure that we were able to use our flight credits as well as our travel vouchers (something apparently impossible to do on United's website). We're very pleased with their service and would recommend using them again.
