Great operation, plead for more explanations I liked the smooth operation of the itinerary. Even though it could be challenging to manage all the people participating in the trip, guides managed very well in bringing people together to move and gather. The trip could have been better if there were some explanations of where we are at. For example, I expected some kind of explanation on the city of Tokyo when travelling through a cruise - there was no explanation, and the cruise was merely used for transportation.

Local guides were incredible! The TourHero team did an incredible job of planning a packed trip for our group. I can't speak highly enough of the local guides who joined us in each city to teach us about the history and local landmarks. The whole trip was extremely well organized between different modes of transportation and I don't think we were late once. What an amazing way to see a country for the first time, with local guides and travel plans taken care of.

Boliving with friends! TourHero partners in Bolivia worked really fast, they send us the itinerary within 3 days, also having their support on everything we need was really helpful, about our destination it was simply magical! We look forward to doing another trip with TourHero!

The transport to and from the resort… The transport to and from the resort was badly organized with no specific directions on where to find the driver on arrival and we had to wait an hour and a half before our driver arrived. Also the transport was over an hour late arriving at the resort to take the first group back to the airport.

Tour Hero Failed the Big Stuff The most important service Tour Hero can provide is reliable transfers from the airport on arrival and to the airport at departure. Our transfer information and service were deplorable. We were not given accurate information on how the transfer was organized among passengers and were not told where to meet. We walked back and forth between terminals at the Punta Cana airport trying to find the shuttle. The exact same problem happened with the next group because the tour company providing the transfer (Sunside Travel) used one driver to transport three separate groups. It was doomed to fail. When leaving our resort, the shuttle was an hour late and we called a cab. We were almost late for our flight. It was very stressful.
