Choosing tours Choosing tours, checking availability, and purchasing was very easy. When searching 20-30 tours over multiple days it would be helpful to have a Tour Number to search for instead of a many worded heading. I get the favorite heart but still when searching out many tours a reference number to search on would be very helpful. Also there were inconsistencies in the overviews. Many just were not specific about the tours and what's included.

Great KL Tour It was a lovely tour. We covered several tourist spots in just 4 hours. Nesh, our tour guide, driver (and photographer!) was very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommended. Tip: Get the 8 am tour so you can get a head start from the tourists arriving at the Batu Caves at 9 am onwards

If you are in the Playa Flamingo area TAKE the Lazy Lizard Sunset Cruise!! We took the Lazy Lizard Sunset Cruise and it was amazing! The captain and crew to exceptional care of us. There was sailing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. They were extremely generous with the food (far more than a snack like it says) and were very generous with the drinks. The music was great and the boat was not at all crowded! I cannot recommend this experience enough! Do it- You will not be sorry!

Want to do the Samaria Gorge? Don’t use Viator Less than morning the day before the trip the Local guide texted us and refused to pick us up at the hotel which you offered, and then when we agreed to drive an hour at 4 in the morning to a town closer to him he said there were no seats. Your website offered no toll free way to call to resolve this. This stressful process lasted 3 or 4 hours with no resolution, so you have ruined our day and vacation since the Samaria Gorge hike was THE reason we came all the way here. Shame on Viator.

Why Late ??? The driver was very knowledgeable and funny, He was late picking us up,which caused us to rush in to meet our boat time schedule to the USS Arizona, when we got there we were told that because we missed our allotted time our tickets were voided. Lucky for us that the following time slot did not have many passengers so we were able to go ahead with our visit. The scheduling should allow for traffic etc. To me there is NO excuse for arriving late
