Watch out for Pirate Taxies With a bit of a hiccup in the beginning, our driver did arrive to pick us up from the airport. He was very friendly. Watch out for pirate taxies that try to cancel your reservations when waiting for your ride. There are a lot of them outside the airport who use all kind of misdirection to persuade unknowing patrons to cancel their reservations. Our prearranged driver got us to the resort, from the Airport, within 25 minutes. He helped load and unload our luggage. When going back to the airport, our driver was on time and, once again, helped us with loading and unloading our luggage.

If you are in the Playa Flamingo area TAKE the Lazy Lizard Sunset Cruise!! We took the Lazy Lizard Sunset Cruise and it was amazing! The captain and crew to exceptional care of us. There was sailing, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. They were extremely generous with the food (far more than a snack like it says) and were very generous with the drinks. The music was great and the boat was not at all crowded! I cannot recommend this experience enough! Do it- You will not be sorry!

Viator should have provided insight for… Viator should have provided insight for customizing the tour. We had two individuals who had difficulty keeping pace with the tour guide. If Viator had simply given some sort of guide that could have helped us determine what type of tour would work for our group, that would have helped. The tour guide was very nice and tried to show us all the places listed on the tour, but for our group we should have chosen a slower-paced tour with less trains. A customization guide or questionnaire could have helped us plan the perfect custom tour.

Why Late ??? The driver was very knowledgeable and funny, He was late picking us up,which caused us to rush in to meet our boat time schedule to the USS Arizona, when we got there we were told that because we missed our allotted time our tickets were voided. Lucky for us that the following time slot did not have many passengers so we were able to go ahead with our visit. The scheduling should allow for traffic etc. To me there is NO excuse for arriving late

Amazing Joe the guide and tour We took this Grand Canyon excursion from Vegas by this Tour company. The guide Joe was amazing very funny, very considerate and wisely used his personal knowledge of the place and itinerary to craft us the perfect day excursion He has gone above and beyond to make us feel as the best group in the world, including taking photo of us and giving us advices Along the way We strongly recommend The store and the tour guide, which both were amazing
